Decent hotel for the price

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Great location. Outdated but clean. Was told by 1 staff member we were being charged for extra people then told by another at checkout we weren't. Saw that I was charged on my credit card bill days later. Wasn't too happy. Still waiting for it to be sorted out.

Not expensive but cheap

Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Position, staff, price.
Cons: General condition and cleanliness.
Location: The falls, Clifton street and concention center are all at a walking distance.
Being a late arrival, I was referred to the hotel next door to get my key for the room. It is also where you need to go if you need help in the morning, or to get ice. On the plus side, I was told you can also use their pool. The amount of towels left in the room was limited, with no hand towels or washcloth, I had to wait the second day to ask for them. Once the door was unlocked, it needed to be pushed with a certain amount of force to open and to close. The bed appeared clean, and so did the toilet (the 2 more important things, as far as I'm corcerned), but the table had not been cleaned since the precedent client apparently dropped coffee or something on it. I would not swear the carpet had been vaccumed either. I don't expect anyone to want to take a bath there, since there was quite a lot of rust in it. It was however possible to take a nice shower, the pressure was quite good. The same thing could not be said for the water pressure of the toilet, which flushed about every other time. On the plus side, the staff was quite friendly once I got to talk to them. The price was very low, which made my stay relatively inexpensive. The convention center, the falls and Clifton street were all at a walking distance. If you just want a roof over your head for a cheap Niagara Falls vacation, I would say go for it. But if you look for a great hotel room, you might want to reconsider.

Close to Lundy's lane and not far from other stuff

Aside from no phone and no TV channels room was fine for what I needed. Everything was a quick walk away.

the air conditioner didn't work; it was missing half the buttons, the sink and shower had rust stains all over, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the carpet was peeling up, the free wifi didn't work, and there was constant noise all night from the parking lot and the other rooms

Stay away!

Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Remove this hotel from your ads.
Photos of our hotel were not at all representative of our room. Terrible staff. Ad said newly remodeled hotel, more like a motel. It was a smelly room, with a sticky carpet and a bath tub with rust and mold. The sink is no even in the bathroom. Tiles in the bathroom were missing. Bed sheets had stains on it. We did not even spend more than 10 minutes before cancelling our stay at this horrible hotel. My girlfriend and I were disgusted by the room. You stay there and they still charge for parking. I booked through Expedia and was very disappointed in both Expedia and the hotel. I would never recommend this place, even if it was free. STAY AWAY! This place should be closed.
