Place over your head. Showers and sink leak. Needs upgrading! Nobody there to check out before 8am. They send you to another motel down the street and give you a phone number that is out of service. spend the extra 100$ And stat else where

Good motel close to the fallsPosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Proximity to attractions, price per night, cleanliness.
Cons: More shampoo and soap per room.
Location: The falls, the casinos, and the amusement park were all within walking distance. There were all you can eat buffets and souvenir shops everywhere.
Great for just sleeping the night. Was within walking distance to the heart of the town, the casinos, and even the falls. Rooms were clean upon arrival and there were no bugs or visible hazards. Couldn't have asked for better for the price we paid.

Great location, but worst hotelPosted Jul 8, 2015
If you want to be close to all attractions in Niagara Falls the location of the hotel is great - at walking distance to every significant thing. And it is the cheapest one. But the hotel itself is awful! Everything is old, the bathroom was dirty and the shower didn't work properly. Otherwise the staff is very nice and helpful.

Hole in the wallPosted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Quiet and check in and check out were fast and easy.
Cons: The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and leaking faucets fixed. As well as making sure there are towels.
Location: Location is great just minutes from Clifton Hill! Lots of souvenir shops, great selection for food.
I wasn't expecting much but even those expectations were disappointing! There were no towels in the room and the bathtub faucet was dripping.... actually running, tub was rusty from the constant water. Good thing my plans were to only sleep there. On a better note it was quiet and office staff were pleasant. Although we got a $30 off voucher to Outback I would not recommend using it. The outback is horrible, service was bad, food was prepared wrong. If you are only looking for a place to rest your sleepy head this is great because it's cheap, and close to Clifton Hill with lots of choices for food and attractions!

Receptionist is not kind and warmly, room bed mattresses are not comfortable, too much noisy! Can't sleep all night! Bathroom, bad smell, not recommend to anyone.
