Perfectly located for visitors to Niagara FallsPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff; Helpful concierge; location, location, location; Clean, comfortable rooms; Pool/Hot Tub; Outdoor Courtyard w/Table Tennis & Foosball
Cons: Room/bath a bit tired & in need of renovation. Spots of rust, peeling tub caulk, stained rug were unappealing, but room was clean. Restaurant...Slow
Location: see above
Our family of four with two young boys, ages 8 & 11, had a great experience. Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The boys enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, as well as table tennis and Foosball available in the outdoor courtyard. Our 1st floor room required one flight of stairs and was not accessible by elevator. If that is a concern, I recommend asking for a room accessible by elevator when making reservation. When I inquired about one, the hotel manager came around the counter and pleasantly carried our three large (and heavy!) bags up the stairs and down a long hallway himself. Just two short blocks from the Niagara Falls park entrance, the location is perfect! We parked the car and never moved it during our 4 night visit. A park trolley service is available within the park for a small pass fee (the distance is considerable between some park attractions), however, the walk is very pleasant and worthwhile if you are capable. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a casino. For a quick, VERY inexpensive, but delicious breakfast or lunch sandwich (to go, or tables are available), or for or an ice cream/gelato treat, I HIGHLY recommend Smokin' Joes, diagonally across the street from the hotel restaurant!

Quality InnPosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: The restaurant in the hotel had a great staff and the food was reasonably priced for the portions!
Cons: Recommend still providing discounts especially for military and Seniors even if tickets are purchased through 3rd party sites.
Location: The location of the hotel was great being in walking distance to all the must see sites in Niagara Falls.
Hotel was a bit on the expensive side. Nothing too great about it!

Great location with acceptable conditions.Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: The hot tub was awesome. As I said before the location was great because we were able to walk to all the top attractions.
Cons: Carpet and comforters on beds.
Location: The location is great for walking to the falls. We could walk to TGIFs and The Hard Rock. Also they had a cafe that was real cheap across the street
This hotel was perfect for location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. This is perfect because parking is pathetic. They have two small parking lots and if you don't get a spot you have to park in a parking garage on the 4th floor off site. The room was ok, not the best. It was average and showed its age. The most important thing was that is was clean. The view from the room was horrible. We were literally looking at a brick wall. Over all the stay at the hotel was very plesent and I would go back mostly because of the location.

It was okPosted Aug 18, 2014
Staff very nice. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The room was clean but needed some updating/remodel work, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling tiles, paint looked dingy, so it seemed dirty. Was pricey for condition and I received a moderate discount through internet booking. I have paid half the cost for a 5 star hotel in DT Chicago.

Within walking distance to the FallsPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The location to the Falls
Cons: The rooms need updating
NIce room for a night or two. The rooms do need some updating, the Ac unit did not work to well. We did not use any of the dining options there, so I can not comment about those. The price seems a little high for what you get, so I can say we only stayed here because of location. There is very limited parking at the hotel. The do offer parking a 1/2 block away at a parking garage though and they do pay for the fee. So if you stay here check in at the hotel park in the garage and walk to the falls it will save you 10.00 a day for the parking. Nice restaurants near by the hotel. We ate at the Hard Rock and at Denny's the next day.

Great location, and no surprises: all set with my reservation as expected from the Expedia booking. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough; definitely a positive cost/benefit ratio.
