Room was clean, bed was a little hard. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk to anywere. We need to come to this area once a year I think we have found the place we will stay from now on. Great pool and hot tub to relax after a long day.

“Great hotel and cheap, bugs, what bugs?”

this hotel has no unwanted creatures in its room or beds. Its walking distance to the American Falls and has new decor, including a large LCD screen tv. The only negative this room has is its shower. The shower head has the worst shower stream. If you bring your own shower head and do a switch while you are ther, this hotel would be a "10"Actually a "10+" due to its cheap price

“Perfect location”

Our goal was to see the falls and go to the Seneca Niagara Casino. The motel was centrally located and we were able to walk to both locations easily. I will stay there next time I need to overnight in Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A very lovely experience overall.

“Close to falls and everything else”

Pros: The hotel and room were clean. The location is ideal since it is close to falls, rainbow bridge and other places. Onsite laundry was helpful since we stayed in the Niagara Falls area for 5 nights. Cons: Concierge did not have local maps. Breakfast buffet was not that great.

The staff was exceptional! From cleaning personel, maintanence, and desk clerks we encountered "just in the hallways", all were very helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent to American attraractions and to Rainbow Bridge.Have been to The Falls many times, stayed on both sides, this was the best affordable, comfort, and location wise. We'll be back!!

This hotel was everything I expected! The staff was great and provided a friendly atmosphere as well as clean rooms! Everything is conveniently located to this hotel and mostly within walking distance! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
