Skip this hotel

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Our first impression was not a good one - there was NO PLACE to park! My husband had to drop me off to check in and they asked me at the front desk if I found parking, so it's obviously an issue. The halls smelled like motor oil or some other petroleum product. The room was adequate but the air conditioner barely worked and the bathroom was so small that you could barely turn around in it. I felt quite clausterphobic and small spaces usually do not bother me. Skip this place and stay somewhere else. The only good thing about it was the proximity to the falls and attractions.

Hotel within walking distance to Niagra Falls

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Hotel staff was rude when we arrived. The good thing is it was close to Niagra Falls. The gift shop was great and do were the prices.

Dirty room

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Loved the fact attractions were within walking distance to hotel.
Cons: Deep clean rooms.
Location: This hotel is at the heart of it all.
Chose this hotel as it is close to everything. The room was dirty - and not in a fussy way. There were socks left in a corner. There were mildew stains on wallpaper in bathroom. The blanket in between sheets and bedspread has body oil stains as well as other stains. When we checked around bed we noticed thick layer dust under the bed. We spent very little time in room - only slept one night. This hotel does high volume and fast turn over. It was gross to think how many people had been in that room and not properly cleaned.

If you want a place for one our two people, this place is ok. However, for a family, it's of kind cramped.

Clean, Convenient, Needs Updating

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Decor. Furnishings.
Location: Close to Niagara Falls, Rainbow Bridge from Canada to the US, restaurants and Niagara International Airport.
Conveniently located near the bridge from Canada to US. Close to the Falls, airport and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. The hotel is old and could use some updating.

Just the location was great...

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: anything inside
Location: great.. just 10 minuts walking to the falls
just he location was great... just 10 minuts walking to the falls, very dark hallways, almost dark, almost frightening. the air conditioning is noisy. just a place to sleep and go as possible
