friendly hotel near casino & falls

Pros: spacious...location...pet friendly
Cons: More parking (although they did provide off property garage free)
Location: casino & falls
Accepted our dog very nicely. Treated her as if she were theirs (staff).Enjoyed the hot tub! We bought the breakfast buffet. It had very nice variety.

Nice hotel, clean, safe, short distance from the falls. Good gift shop in the hotel lobby as well.

Pros: Location
Cons: Facilities
Location: Falls, Casino, Culinary Institute
The whole town is relatively close walking distance. The casino and falls are the main attractions and the hotel is between the two. The hotel isn't the cleanliest or most updated, but the staff is all nice. The bar is a great place to gather with friends and other travelers.

No parking available onsite & no maid service

We stayed January 1-3 and we didn't receive maid service at all on Friday January 2nd. We went out for a late dinner Fridsy and got back to the hotel at 10 pm only to find no spots available. My 15 year old daughter asked twice at the front desk (the directions she got the first time didn't get us to a lot but I cannot say if that was her listening skills or bad directions) while I idled in the full lot to find out we had to park 2 blocks away. Little unnerving leaving my car in the mostly empty parking garage not to mention the walk back to the hotel. Comes down to getting what you pay for.

The only problem we had was that we didn't get our wake up call. We had an early flight but fortunately we woke up ourselves. They made it up to us by sending us the IPad I had forgotten.

Shower did not work!

Pros: Very close to the falls and good price.
Cons: Shower,
We booked two adjacent rooms for a family of five. Our shower flowed very little water and did not drain well. My husband in the middle of his shower, complained that there was no water, so he had to run next door to use another shower. Also, you have to pay $20 to use a microwave.
