I feel like I got what I paid for. This property presented itself as being old and not kept up in regards to appearance and cleanliness. The room itself was very spacious but did not appear to have been cleaned the way it should have. There was visible mold in the bathroom and the hot tub in the room had hair in the bottom. I stayed at this location with a few other friends and we all had our own rooms. One of my friends ended up needing to change her room as she discovered roaches in her bathroom.

Was not happy about a surprise parking fee for $45. It was not advertised as an extra charge. The IHOP has higher than normal prices but gave you a $15 coupon to get it even with other area restaurants. The walk to the falls was very manageable, about 20 minutes. The room was fine. No refrigerator or microwave. Hallways and elevators could use some care.

The room I stayed in had cockroaches and I had to call the front desk to be moved rooms. It seemed like it was such an inconvenience to be moved for them but there was no way I was staying in a room with cockroaches disgusting. The whole hotel seemed rundown and in need of assistance. Carpets badly rippling causing tripping hazards. The bathrooms in both rooms I stayed in looked like they were not clean, mildew and calcium buildup on doors. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Poor customer service very old dirty facilities. Room was dirty. Shower pressure was awful and hot water wouldn’t stay more than 3 minutes while showering.

After a long day of eclipse hunting at the Falls, what a lovely surprise to arrive at a well appointed suite with a stunning view from the outdoor balcony, a fireplace, topped off with a spotlessly clean jacuzzi. So even though I wasn’t able to soak in the sun I know where I’ll be spending some time,glass in hand before going to bed.

The 3 rooms we rented were full of ants. They sent in someone to clean and put out ant traps, didn’t help to get rid of them. We were not moved to different rooms. We were on the third floor. The staff was super friendly. The beds were not comfortable.

I was told to switch from Ramada to Travel lodge with breakfast included. But when i was there. There is no breakfast.

first of all we were originally booked at ramada and were told one day before check in that we were being moved to the travelodge on lundys lane which is a 10 minute drive to fallsview!!! this was totally unacceptable beacause we had to take a taxi to the concert at fallsview!! in addition the travelodge was a lower star rating , dirty room not well kept. other people we met there were also diverted to travelodge.. we will be contacting ramada head office to be compensated for this inconvenience

Booked 2 night stay with Ramada hotel in Niagara Falls. Hotel had construction going on so we were asked to go to the Quality Inn at 5234 Ferry Street, Reception at Ramada hotel assured me it was a nice place to stay, as I never stayed there before. Checked in to hotel room was facing a horrible view. Looking at trash, shady people and behaviour. I didn’t feel comfortable at all and asked to have my room changed. I also asked to be moved as I just had surgery and it was quite a distance from the elevator. My room that I was moved to had a broken shower (it ran but water went everywhere because facet was broken) air conditioner was not working properly, went to use coffee maker but was broken, went down to Lobby to buy a coffee from there machine but it was broken,pool area was dirty so we didn’t swim,hot tub not working a board was covering it. The staff were kind, checked out Friday night as I wasn’t comfortable.

Nightmare at Ramada
Got there at 6.30 pm Got our room Went to Tom Cochrane Show was great Went to casino for about an hour after Came back to room to find party going on outside our room. Parents of some hockey team didn't want to disturb the future big league's also a Tom favorite. Gave them till 100 am then asked them to take it elsewhere. They moved around the corner Pulled blanket down to find blood stains on sheet . Went down stairs to tell staff he said he would sent up new bedding . Guess l was suppose to do housekeeping Was pissed had these people still making all kinds of noise and was suppose to play housekeeper. Packed up and left 130 am Had a 2 1/2 drive home. Needless to sat never again Didn't even mention the dozens of kids running wild in the parking lot

Elevators did not work properly, the doors would open before being on the correct floor. Additional parking fee and $120 cleaning fee added in during check-out but we were not informed when booking or checking in. Charged for an extra day of parking for the morning we checked out. No mini fridge in room. Ice machines broken on 2 of 3 floors. For the price paid with all of the additional surprise fees, we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel.

The room was clean enough but the carpet in the halls were really bad and old and looks like it could really use a clean. The TV remote also did not do anything even though there was battery, did not control the TV

For the cost of the room, it was very disappointing. Toilet would not flush properly. Room was run down. Tub not that clean. Hallway carpets dirty. The rooms did not have a fridge or microwave. Was unclear that these are add ons now, which is not right for the price of the room. Vending machines were empty. This was not a good experience, except that the staff was very nice.
