Good place to stay to see Niagara RegionPosted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Centrally located near the highway, the Centre is a good place to use as a base for exploring the Niagara Region. Signage to the Centre is lacking making it difficult to find at night but the photo on Hotels.com did help. Sparse accommodation but very comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Not bad for the pricePosted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
We arrived at the hotel at 4pm (Check in was at 3pm) and 1 of the 2 rooms we booked was not ready. We had to wait until 4:30 to get our room. Once we got our room, it was pretty beat up. I understand that it is a college dorm room, but there were holes in the wall, stains in the bathroom (bathroom was not cleaned very well). All that front desk did was apologize. All in all it was decent place to sleep. It served its purpose. It is very close to the new outlet mall. If you take a cab to Niagara on the lake it will cost you $35 for a one way trip - make sure you call about 10-15 minutes earlier for a cab as you will be waiting for 15-20 minutes. I think next time, I will spend a little more and stay at a bed and breakfast.

HorriblePosted Aug 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room smelled like urine and it is a college residence during the year of which hotel.com did not indicate when I first booked it. I would never have booked it if I had this information.

Location: NOTL - Niagara Falls - Wineries - Shopping - Etc.
Clean, no frills - They really need to upgrade the lighting especially in the bathroom!! But if your in a pinch or don't care about Hotel ammenities then this is a great find for a good price. The staff were pleasant & helpful!

Student dormPosted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Pleasant, efficient staff.
Cons: Cold air blowing through the vent into the room. Too cold! Is it too late to make the windows openable?
Location: Thought it would be further from NOTL. Was pleased to discover that it wasn't that far.
I wanted a cheap, clean, functional room to be able to go to the Shaw Festival one night, stay over and visit vineyards the next day. It served its purpose. It was basic, but safe, and clean, and the staff were pleasant. The tea downstairs in the lobby was good to have 24/7.

Good central locationPosted Aug 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very stark rooms. I had issues with the blinds and the toilet. This issues didn't get resolved during my 3 night stay.
