“Not a bad place to sleep and keep on moving.”

Had to take my son to college and my wife and I stayed there for the weekend. It was a great place for the 3 "S's" an good night sleep.

“Clean, comfortable and close”

We stayed here for a night (Sep 3, 2011) and liked it. It was the cheapest hotel within walking distance to the falls. The neighborhood looks like a dump but the service was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with TV, HBO, Safe (extra charge), microwave, a little fridge, writing test and chair, hair dryer etc. Free breakfast was provided (cereal, muffins, juice, coffee). They let us leave our car in their lot even after check out, and pick it up when we return from seeing the attractions. I'll recommend it.

this hotel is walking distance to the falls. we were pleasantly surprised with the ammenities, the service, and the location. this hotel was extremely well priced and offered just what we needed. fridge, microwave, walking distance to restaurants and to the Falls, friendly helpful staff. thank you!

“Great location, average hotel”

Positive points: This hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the falls (by foot) and parking is litterally located in front of the rooms. The room we had was spacious, had wooden floors and memory foam mattresses, a safe, a microwave and a tiny fridge. The rooms was quite clean which was the most important factor for us. Downfalls: The neighborhood is a little scary and the hotel looks quite bad from the front (we saw two security cameras in the hallway and we felt a little better). The continental breakfast is quasi inexistant and it's located at the front desk (which is in a convenient store) no food choices and no seats available at all. The staff is rude and not courteous. We really disliked our experience with the staff as people are really unfriendly.

“Better than expected, great deal”

After reading comments, I must say I was a little worried about booking hotel. Im glad I did book it, the room was very clean and very nice for the price. The outiside looks like a regular motel, but the rooms have been remodeled, so felt like i was in a higher quality hotel. I highly recommended especially if your # oneconcern is cleaniness, NO BED BUGS Great location as well

“Awesome location, beautiful room save one flaw...”

Although this hotel didn't look like much from the outside, the beds were wonderful, the bathroom was beautiful, and the inside of the room was really nice. HOWEVER, the carpeted floors had some kind of dust or coating on them that made our feet black from walking around on them. It was really strange. I think the 1st floor has wood floors instead of carpeting so that might be a better choice. Overall, good service and a great deal for a hotel so close to the falls! We would definitely go back for a family vacation!

“Inexpensive plae to stay near the Falls”

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were pleased with the rooms. They needed a thorough cleaning, but the beds were very comfortable (memory foam mattresses) and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The hotel was also within walking distance of the Falls Park and several restaurants.

“Good for over night sleep.”

The Hotel is old and out dated although the room had been remodeled, was semi clean (crack under the door allowed leaves and debris to blow in), bed was quite comfortable. I'm sure the room was remodeled using furniture from one of their other more expensive hotels during a remodel. The continental breakfast was a couple of pre-packaged muffins and coffee or juice. Probably will not stay there again.
