Great Location but Rude Staff

Posted Jul 27, 2015
The hotel is a great location in Niagara Falls and is just a short walk from the park and Maid of the Mist Boat Tour. However, the staff (especially near the casino area) were incredibly rude. Also, you need to get over the smell. The wave a cigarette smoke hits you as soon as you walk through the doors. Overall the stay was just OK. Probably would not stay here again.

Nothing great

Can't see the waterfalls even from top floors. Bell staff were rude. Super crowded and slow to load/unload on weekends. Do your self a favor and stay on Canada side.

Top Notch

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Everything! What is not to like?
I had called ahead to let them know that we would be a late arrival because our flight was scheduled to come in at 12:20 am. Our flight was delayed and we ended up not arriving at the hotel until 2:30am. They had a Penthouse Suite waiting for us for the first night (with no extra charge) but we would have to move to another room for the second night. When I asked what time we had to be out of the first room the gentleman informed us that we could stay there until 4pm and they would move our luggage for us if we wished. Unbelievable! It was awesome. The room the second night was terrific too - not the Penthouse but only one floor below. Don't like the late night flights but some times it is worth it!

We were very happy with the service, right from the beginning with the help with our luggage, parking of the car, etc. Our room was very very nice, could not have asked for anything more. Would definitely go back again should we be in the area.

Hotel was close to all attractions and restaurants

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: I liked everything. The staff, was friendly and polite. The food was delicious. The pool and spa was relaxing. It was close to everything.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Location: The Niagara State Park was just 3 blocks away. So, was the Canadian border. The Rainbow Mall was 1 block away. Restaurants were inside the hotel.
We were greeted by Valet, when we arrived. We were able to check in early and we did not have to pay any additional fees. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was lovely. Oh, the bed was so comfortable, not too hard, and not too soft. The view was breath taking. The pool and spa area was very relaxing. We were able to walk to all the attractions, it was that close. The restaurants inside the hotel was affordable, and the food was delicious. Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino had various restaurants to choose from. If you wanted to, you could just stay inside and order room service. We received a card that we could use in the Buffet area and on the Casino floor, courtesy of Seneca - the hotel. This was a wonderful experience. A great getaway from the hustles of life. It's also children friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves, and so will you.
