Good LocationPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Size of the room, and update decor
The staff were helpful and pleasant, however that does not make up for the lack of hot water in the room. We called to inform the staff and they were looking into it, although 5 hours later we were still without hot water. And while we were in a designated non-smoking room, others on the floor were smoking and the scent was strong in our room. Overall, the room was OK (slightly dated with the yellow wallpaper), it was small even for an upgraded room with a fireplace overlooking the falls. The location was ideal, as it was a 2 minute walk to the falls, and other activities.

Convenient to the water parkPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: close to everything
Cons: ventilation, and controlling the smell of drugs that were being smoked in our hallway and parking is alittle expensive
Clean and helpful staff. Over all it was a good place to stay with the kids

Nice Stay !Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Service Staff
Cons: Temperature of the indoor pool water
Location: All you need is a waling distance. Clifton Hill is a must go attraction.
Great reception service, fast and reliable. The fruit basket ordered one week in advance was waiting for us in our room. The self parking parking lot is convenient and connected to the hotel (important point during winter). The room has a gorgeous falls view. Nice TV set, great jacuzzi in the washroom. Free wifi is a must, fast and easy to connect. Negative point: the indoor pool water was barely warm enough. Closer to cold than warm.

Perfect view of the falls.Posted Mar 2, 2014
The room has an excellent view of the falls. Fireplace in the jacuzzi room and a window that opened. I was there during "family day" so a bunch of children occupied the pool.

Great locationPosted Feb 24, 2014
The "traditional 2 queen" we had booked was really quite miserable. The window faced the back side of a commercial rooftop a/c unit and an arrangement of ducts, zero natural light or view. Luckily, after trying to upsell us for a falls view room for an additional cost, they agreed to just give me another room on a higher floor. Otherwise, we loved the location and the indoor access to all the other attractions including the water park, casino, arcade. Good hotel for a family trip.

Nice and comfortablePosted Feb 24, 2014
We entered our first room and it was clear someone was lying on top of the beds before we got there. The pillows and comforter were out of place. However we did call the front desk and they upgraded us to another room which was great!

Great View, Great PlacePosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The proximity to Clifton Hill, the amazing view of the Falls from the 18th floor, there is a Starbucks in the lobby & the overall room comfort
Cons: We ordered the Bed in Breakfast service and it ended up coming almost 30 minutes late. Wasn't a big deal, but we had to eat quickly when it came.
Location: The Hard Rock Cafe is part of the same building plus the Rain Tree Cafe, which makes for a nice walk to dinner.
This was the first time I stayed at the Sheraton On The Falls and I'm really happy that I made that decision. I've been to Niagara Falls a couple of times, usually on mini-vacations/getaways and I'd have to say that this location was my favourite so far. I knew that I wanted to stay in a place that had a great view and the proximity to the Falls plus how high our room was truly made for a beautiful sight. The rooms were also greatly furnished and don't even get me started on how soft the pillows were. I also stayed in a room that had a Jacuzzi which was a nice touch at the end of a long day (especially with how cold it's been outside lately). Overall, the location and the view was what sold me and I know I'll be back in the future.

Hotel is very accessible to the waterpark & casinoPosted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: Clean & comfortable
Cons: Need more supply of Kleenex esp. On winter time.
Location: Everything about Niagara is accessible from this location.
Kids enjoyed the stay as much as the adults, so much activities for everyone to enjoy.
