“A hotel to avoid in Niagara Falls”

1. Rather far from main Niagara Falls attractions compared to most other hotels in the area 2. Building would benefit from renovation 3. Found alive bedbug in bed sheets 4. Bed sheets and blankets were very old and had holes 5. Chair in the room was very old and with multiple stains 6. Long queue for checking in and checking out 7. Leaving the luggage at the hotel before check-in time or after check-out is not possible because there is no dedicated secure place near the reception Therefore, I would not recommend it unless they decide to dramatically improve the cleanliness, buy new matresses, sheets and blankets and lower their price.

“Awesome service!”

This hotel was nice and quiet. We loved the convenience of it's location to all the shops and restaurants and main attractions.

“isn't the worst but you can get better deal”

It's Clean, and what they advertise .. they abide by.. so not bad BUT It's at least good 20 min walk from the falls, we almost missed the fireworks coz the guy at the desk said it's 10 min walk! Also Breakfast isn't available which is a drag.. over all I would advise to only take it if price is right.. not bad.. but I def. overpaid..

“So-So”

Trying to make this short. Check in was as 3pm, original rooms, 2 out of 3, were not ready and they tried to change our rooms to ones that were "ready" but our party wanted to stay together, but in order to get our vacation started we agreed. Unfortunately 1 out of 3 rooms were ready and since we saw the rooms on the first floor, when they switched us to the second floor both rooms were DISGUSTING/DINGY - rugs full of stains and walls/ceiling were all peeled and water damaged. We immediately asked for our original rooms, hoping they were comparable to what we saw in the one that was ready. Better then the second floor, but the rugs are filthy. Started sightseeing two hours later then anticipated.

“Nice for the price”

This is a nice basic hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was huge with 2 Queen sized beds. The bathroom was updated and very clean. Very quiet. Air conditioner worked great (it was 97 both days)! No bells & whistles, just a nice family friendly hotel. We used the indoor pool which was just the right temperature, hot tub was nice also. Pool was very clean. The outdoor pool was very well maintained also. Very nice front desk staff. Only bad part was the elevator. Be prepared to be attacked. The door shuts to quickly, but we had a good laugh over it. **They give you a $5.00 off per person coupon for the breakfast restaurant across the parking lot. But it cost us $64.00 for the 4 of us to eat and that included the discount (2 adults & 2 kids ages 10 & 12)! So I would suggest skipping the coupon and taking a stroll down the street for the much cheaper deals other places offer... We walked to Clifton Hill & to the Falls, it wasn't too far & the kids did fine.They also have a bus that is available for a reasonable fee that runs all day until around 1am. Very reasonable price & great pools to relax in!! Nice basic hotel with a great price and walking distance to everything.

“Wonderful stay!”

Our hotel stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms in excellent condition, and the front desk staff was very helpful. Check-in and check-out were no hassle at all. We had a toddler with us who slept in a pack-and-play, and there was plenty of room between the beds to set it, and still have plenty of space left for our suitcases, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked about places to eat. We had a very good stay, room was clean. Price was great close toeverything but not noisy.

We were in for one night, but the loaction was great. There was no stress for us - the staff and hotel were just what we needed.
