Great and clean hotel. Friendly staff. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for middle range inexpensive hotel.

“Observation Tower”

Not your typical hotel. More like a private room in an observation tower. Has a cool feeling. Perfect for couples. Amazing view if you pay to be on the falls view side. The one down side is the heating makes a fairly loud hum. The sound insulation between rooms, though, is great.

“the best view ever”

This hotel is amazing and if your planning on visit the niagara falls this hotel has the best view ever of the niagara falls , parking is 15 dollars so i recommend to park your own car in the casino parking garage and save some extra bucks, the staff is very friendly and helpful.i would def would come back to the same hotell and to the same room we had an awesome time there.

“Great way to end our vacation”

We recently stayed at the Tower Hotel for the last 3 nights of our 12 night vacation. We were coming from visiting Chicago and New York City and I'm glad we ended the vacation there instead of starting off with it. It was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of two of the biggest cities in the US. We flew into Buffalo and took a 40min taxi ride into Ontario. We arrived at the hotel around 8am and weren't able to check in until 3pm because the room wasn't ready for us yet. Instead of just sending us out on our own they gladly took our luggage and the valet guy was nice enough to offer us directions to the nearby mall and casino and he told us about a few restaurants as well. We roamed around a bit and went back to the hotel around 12pm. When we arrived we asked it the room was ready and the receptionist called up to housekeeping to see if it was ready. Sure enough it was and they let us check in early. The room had a huge king bed. My wife and I could both spread our arms and legs and still be within the mattress. It had a microwave and a small fridge, flat screen tv, and a HUGE window view of the Niagara Falls. The only downside I can think of about the view is we also had a view of the hotel next door which was really close and everyone could see right into our room and we could see into theirs. The bathroom was small, no bath, but the water ran hot long. The hotel itself is a 5min walk to the falls and a mall/casino and several restaurants. Great place!

“No dissapointments!”

Staying at the Tower Hotel was a very positive experience, the view of the falls from our window was awesome. The location was excellent and convenient to all the sights. Our meal at the hotel restaurant was memorable especially with the view of the falls. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. No disappointments and highly recommend getting a room with the falls view.

“Perfect”

we were on the 29th floor and the view was amazing! The staff was super friendly. It is extra bc they valet your car but if you need anything from it they bring it up to you room (the valet parking lot is a few blocks away) When we checked in they gave us a map and suggestions of places to go and how to get there. I read reviews before we went about the small rooms, but honestly they rooms were super cute and updated they were small but enough room for what you need. You’re not there to hang out in the room. And once again the view was EXCELLENT!!! I recommend spending a few extra $$ for a falls view. Worth every cent.

“Best Hotel I have been in”

Can't compare this place to any other place. I have been in 10's of hotels in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa as well as several in Niagra falls an by far this place is No.1. I will not stay in any other hotel the next time I am in the region.
