“We Loved It!”

We had a great trip and the hotel was a huge part of that experience. We loved The Tower Hotel, the service was great and our room was cleaned and well kept. All the employees were extremely helpful and we would love to come back.

“great 4 days in niagra”

convient to everything great view from 29th floor staff friendly room small but functional would like to go back and see upgrades to bathrooms no shleves in showers and no space for toiletries front desk apologised and gave us complementary breakfast

“Unique experience, beautiful view”

I was looking for a hotel with a beautiful and impressive view of the horseshoe falls... and certainly found that in The Tower Hotel with its nearly full-length windows in our fallsview room providing an especially wonderful view of a Sunday morning sunrise over the falls. Aside from that, The Tower was no better than satisfactory. The elevator was somewhat slow. The stairway from the 29th floor [where the main elevator takes you] to the 30th floor [where our room was] needed a paint job. The room was small and very basic. We did not eat at The Pinnacle - instead chose to go to the nearby restaurants: The Keg and The Skylon Tower [both very good - highly recommended].

“Wish I could have stayed longer.”

The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The personnel were very nice and really made you feel welcomed. I found the crepes a bit expensive at their cafe and the parking $15.00 a day was a bit much considering the car slept outside, but they did have valet and the gentlemen were always courteous no mater what time at night we asked for the car or arrived (even at 3 and 4 in the morning!) The view was incredible! It was as if I had front row seats of the falls! The location was great and you could walk everywhere, we would have if it wasn't so cold. I would definitely go back.

Area recommendations
I'm not sure of the name of the vicinity or the area but if you go during high season you could visit the vineyards. Believe me when I say there were a lot to see, unfortunately we went during low season and the majority of the sites were closed. There's also the hydroelectric plant you could visit, which they give tours.

“Overall Happy, but....”

Overall the hotel was great, modern rooms, very clean, central location, however when we ate dinner at their restaurant that we were given coupons for, (1 free app, and 10% off your meal) we were told we couldn't use the free app coupon because we "we didn't tell the waitress at the start of the meal" and we were given $10 off not 10%. Also we were overcharged for the meal after we left a cash tip. When we discovered this we told the hotel manager who was less then helpful and didn't seem concerned.

Getting there
Take AMTRAK....it's a great deal, you can relax and arrive rested, most if not all the area attractions are within walking distance so no need for a car, plus Canada is VERY expensive.

“Wow! What a view!”

This hotel has the greatest view of Horseshoe Falls. Instead of walking on the boardwalk and fighting all the crowds, my wife and I just sat in our room one afternoon, drank tea and coffee and enjoyed the view quietly.

“Can't wait to go back”

WOW what a place to stay.! From the moment we pulled in we were greeted with a smile and taking our bags. Desk service was great. Our room was beautiful and the scene was fabulous. It was located near everything , it was easy to get around and the valet parking was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful in telling us about great places to eat near our Hotel. The Hotel had a dining room that was outstanding. The view the food and the service was all very personal and the atmosphere was wonderful. I guess I could just say our entire visit was great due to the wonderful staff at The Tower Hotel!! I have already shared with several friends and told them to stay there when they go to Niagra Falls on the Canada side. Thanks for a wonderful stay "Tower Hotel!

Everything is within 10-15 minutes from this Hotel,,,Mostly can walk everywhere with a few exceptions. Niagra on the Lake is a great day out and the winerys are great place and learn more about wines.

“Would not go back !”

Although the employees were very accomodating, and the room was cleaned daily, the acommodations were less than satisfactory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Due to the configuration of the HOTEL.the room was VERY SMALL in comparison to other hotels where we have stayed. NO table , and only one (1) chair at a small desk. Closet space was SMALL . If you only care about a place to sleep, GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Amazing Views!”

This hotel is really nice, if you can get a great rate. The staff, especially the valet, Dennis, were amazing! They were helpful and kind and always greeted us with a smile. There were amazing views right from the room, and it was decorated nicely. The bed was also comfortable - as a frequent business traveller, it's one of the most comfortable I've slept in. However, there wasn't an ironing board, or a coffee pot. There was no pay for movies, or late night room service.

“Cool place!”

Love this hotel cool style in rooms and amazing staff...they helped us out so much! Just make sure if you get falls view to request a view of both falls...they have an incredible view!
