This hotel was sooo disgusting. There were several people in the lobby complaining about there room. When they brought me to my room It was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere the floor was so dirty looked like it hasn't been vacumed in for ever, and the smell was unbearable. I tried to get my money back and they would, they said I had to go through exspdia and they gave me the biggest run around. After dealing with 6 different agents still got nothing. The hotel showed me a different room its wasn't as bad but not good . The door was broken and every time I wanted to go in and out of my room I had to go get the front desk guy to let me in my room. The whole hotel was not clean the pool was absolutely disgusting I dont think its ever been clean its so grungyand disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. I would rather sleep on the streets.

My check in was 45 mins late due to the room not being cleaned on time, stating that Expedia should not have taken the reservation.My sheets were dirty, there was mustard on them. There was ants crawling up my wall. Police were on the scene when I first arrived. Place seems very short staffed.

First off, they gave us a room on the first floor, which was not cleaned. The floor had pop tabs and garbage all over, the beds were unmade, and the bathroom was filthy. We went to the office and they told us it had been cleaned! They then moved us to the second floor. This room was clean and beds were made. We were surprised that there was outdoor furniture in the room. By this time it was almost ten o’clock at night. We had four children with us. Got them to bed, only to have someone banging on the floor at midnight! I called the office and she told me if it happens again to call back. So five minutes later, I called back. She said they would investigate. She called back to say the woman on the first floor was a permanent tenant and that she always used up the hot water. The guy above her wanted to have a shower and so he was mad and started pounding on the floor. I assume they all forgot that it’s a hotel and there are other guests to consider!! The office woman said he told her he would stop. We were near the stairs and could hear people all night. Thankfully only one child was awoken. The next morning, we went for breakfast, only to find it was quite inadequate. So we checked out and left to go to IHOP. With a total of eight people, it’s quite expensive!! We were not asked how our stay was, nor if there were any problems. The staff seemed not to care. We will NEVER go back and will tell everyone we know to not book at this hotel!!

I stayed in the honeymoon suite with the heart shaped jacuzzi. The plug wouldn’t stay in so the water just kept draining. The room had a stale odor but overall ok. The pool was heated but definitely needs a good scrubbing. They had a “game room” but you had to pay for the 2 games that were actually working. The included “breakfast” from 7-10 am was gone when I went down at 9:15am. No staff to be found, no coffee, clean cups or food and a lot of hungry guests. I asked the staff at the front desk if they were bringing out any more food and someone scrambled around the kitchen for 20 minutes and brought out like 6 prepackaged muffins and left. I will not be returning.

This is the worst hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were so dirty, most of the staff was nasty and rude, they have random people walking in and out of the hotel yelling. Looked like escorts staying with pimps walking in and out. My wife and our two girls went down for breakfast, and it was limited food, but it is enough to snack on. We asked the lady sitting in front of the table for utensils and plates. She informed us that only thing they had were the dirty ones on the table and to use the dirty ones that other guests have used. She did not put her phone down to help. She was so rude and nasty and unprofessional it was disgusting. We will never again visit a travel lodge again. Absolutely disgusting

The window in our room was cracked held together by packaging tape. The bed platform was nailed together 2x4 with matress placed on top matress was bigger than 2x4 frame. No cover on cable box wires. Bed bugs.

Room was not clean. Spiders in the bathroom shower curtain and ever corner of the room. Brown splatter on the bottom of the shower that wouldn’t come off. I was only here for a quick sleep so it got the job done but would never pick it again, regardless of the price

Felt very unsafe going to unlit dark smoking section at night due to the many permanent residents with large dogs. Unfortunately due to this extremely disappointing and stressful 2 day, 2 night experience I will NEVER stay at Travelodge hotels again.

This propert is the epitome of the Niagara Falls tourist area. They charge max rates and the hotel (more like a run down Motel) was under a major renovation. The room had a toilet that continuously ran, no ice machines, hair dryer and all but 2 electrical outlets were working so lighting was limited. I had to leave due to a family emergency late the second day after 1 of 3 nights and the hotel fully charged me for the second night and half the third as per Expedia policy (which is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes you get what you pay for and thus place is exactly what you pay for….a disappointment on property and manager levels….Expedia was no help and just as teff so pinsible in my matter. I’ll not use Expedia or visit this dump again

This property is very outdated and the room we stayed in was not that clean at all the windows were very dirty and the curtains were falling off the rods it was not very nice at all. They shouldn't be requiring a security deposit for their rooms at all cause the rooms are not well kept. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again or recommend it to anyone!

The room was terrible. The smell was unbearable. The carpet was stained everywhere. The bed sheets were dirty. There was black water dripping out of the tub faucet. The curtains were hanging off the pole. The bed was terrible, like sleeping on springs. Hair all over bathroom. Do not waste your money. It’s basically a crack shack. They would not give us our money back. $120.

I chose this hotel because of the pool and closeness to the GO station. The pool was ok, nothing exciting and it needs a good cleaning. The room was ok, clean. Parking was sketchy though...I was actually worried that my car would get broken into over night.
