Not worth the cost

Pitiful towels. Not too clean. Bed uncomfy. You'd have better tv if you had none. Not even a mini fridge and microwave.

Hotel is far from the falls in Niagara

The room was dirty, the room had dirty towels, the room had dirty linens, the room had wet carpets, the air condition didn't work, the coffee pot was dirty, the door for bathroom had a whole, the food was terrible, the service was terrible, and no lights in the stairs up to the room, it was dark and not safe.

The room was clean but the bed was very small ask for a queen but it was more like a double bed and one of the bed side lights was not working make the room a little dark

Towels in need of replacing badly, and beds need proper making, but otherwise comfortable enough for $ spent. Staff really friendly.

Pros: The female employee working at the front desk!! She went above and beyond the call of duty.
Cons: The hotel interior looks dirty and smells. Shampoo carpets and coat of paint. New towels for the rooms. The towels were old, discoloured and flimsy
Booked hotel last minute as "surprise (?) special of the day". Name of hotel and location not revealed, only the price. Was not aware that we had booked a "smoking room" until the door was opened by an employee, because the key they gave us didn't work. The stench of cigarettes in the room was horrific.!!! Although our booking was pre-paid and no refunds, a kind employee at the front desk, (wish I took her name) went the extra mile on our behalf, contacted her Manager, and got us another room, which was much nicer than the first room. It was clean and comfortable.

Pros: They have vending machines.
Cons: Cleanliness, rooms need updating, beds need updating, better/new cleaning crew, minor maintenance repairs. New carpets(!!!!) and flooring and tiles.
Location: Quite far from the falls, however lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.
Terribly outdated. It seemed like the room was not cleaned at all. Dried-up white fluid splatter on the floor and walls in the bathroom. You could see mold forming under the carpet and wallpaper by the heart-shaped bath next to the bed. We found hairs between the sheets. Part of the air conditioning unit was broken - the plastic facing kept falling off. The window was wide open and the mechanism to close it was broken so we could not close the window. Which resulted in us being woken up several times in the morning by loud families in the parking lot behind our room as well as the pool area. We also only got 1 roll of toilet paper and only half a box of kleenex.

dirty pool, the person in the reception with angry face, we paid 150$ for un poor service, NO BREAKFAST LE WEEKEND , there are definitely better hotels for that price, NO RECOMMENDED!!!

Cons: it is in need of a serious face lift.
Location: lots to do
I booked a non smoking and got a smoking room. The smell was bad, the window and lamp shades were yellow, the plug ins did not work. the pool was supposed to be heated and was not not. there was green algee all around the outside of the pool.Two of the chairs at the pool were broke. We asked why things were the way they were, and they told us the place was under new management. I am not kidding folks. The people are very friendly,mbut the building needs updating.
