Edita was absolutely great. She greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. The full breakfast was a delight and scrumptious. This place was quite charming and well worth the stay. Thsnk you for making our stay feel so special.

The view was great - a vineyard right beside the fence, chickens walking around and nice landscaping. Delicious breakfast after a quiet, comfortable sleep. I’d stay here again.

Very friendly owner, everything we needed was right there. Fresh eggs from their own hens for breakfast was just the cherry on top of our stay. I would highly recommend it for everyone.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Parking on site and an easy 5 minute drive to downtown. Innkeeper very accommodating with breakfast request. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem in a Perfect Location!
Our stay at Vineyard Villa was perfect! Edita is a warm and friendly host and the location is excellent! The scenery is beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again!

It's a great property and backyard. It's quiet and has a wine vineyard backed up to it. It is close to the downtown and all of the restaurants and vineyards. I had one of the best omelets of my life in the morning! Fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property and very cozy accommodations - the pictures do not do this place justice! Edita was a fantastic host, very welcoming and served a delicious breakfast spread. The highlight was the fresh eggs! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting an authentic and extremely charming NOTL experience.

My husband and I stayed one night at this wonderful B&B. I booked it through Expedia very last minute but the hosts graciously got everything ready for us with very short notice. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We sat and sipped wine while enjoying the sunset, flanked by vineyards on either side. The B&B is also conveniently within walking distance of Peller Estates and Two Sisters. The room was clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. And the breakfast the next morning was tasty and very filling. I will definitely be back!

Great location to explore by car or bike, pretty views across vineyards. Check in easy and breakfast good. Only comment is that bed/mattress not so great, could feels springs on the sides.

Great location and very friendly
We had tour and dinner reservations at Peller Estates so the location was excellent, only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Communication leading to check in was excellent with clear instructions. We had to leave early the next morning so the prepared yogurt parfait with local peaches was a very nice consideration. We'd definitely visit Niagara-on-the-Lake again and this will be where we stay.

Wonderful setting surrounded by vineyards which you could walk to through garden too sample wines and eat . Very friendly host and great breakfast on terrace. A great setting and lovely place to relax after busy day sightseeing.

Wonderful oasis surrounded by Vineyards!
Fabulous B&B. Close to the vineyards and the old town yet far away to be secluded in the evenings. Great owners and breakfast with a fantastic view!

We loved this B&B! Perfect location - close to historic Niagara, the outlet mall, the Falls and wineries! Peaceful setting and nestled in the grapevines. Owners were super sweet and helpful. And breakfast was delicious each morning! Can’t wait to stay again!

***PROS: *Right beside Peller Wines Estate. *6 minutes from town. *Breakfast was nice. *Beautiful home. *Friendly owner (female), never saw her husband. ***CONS: *No public Microwave, though there is lots of space where breakfast is served for all 3 rooms to be able to use. She said that she would get us one since the room that had one wasn't occupied, but never did deliver it. *Sink hot water was great, shower hot water was luke-warm. Asked for it to be looked into, she said "it is adjusted as per by-law requirements. We are liable and can't afford anyone accidentally burning themselves." Yet you could burn yourself from the sink hot water. *We stayed in the "En-suite room". We could hear everything going on in the owner's part of the home, TV, conversations & all... This means they will hear you too. ***OVERALL: Nice place to stay if you don't mind the thin walls. ** No other guests were there when we were, so I don't know about the other walls. Dining area looked well spaced be 3 couples.

Edita and her husband were welcoming lovely people. Their house is beautiful and right by the downtown core. Would recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat

We absolutely loved our stay at Vineyard Villa! The place was clean and super cute! The location was also great with it backing right on to the vineyards! The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The included breakfast the next day was awesome- served hot, and on time! We would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a warm, cosy get a way in Niagara-on-the-Lake!

Unique, small and quaint, out of the way amongst the vineyards but only 3 minutes from old town, It was exactly what we were looking for and breakfast was amazing with multiple menu choices! We had the junior suite with a little kitchen, perfect! We would definitely return..

Where do I begin. This was a the sweetest b&b ever. The room was perfectly comfortable with a lovely private bathroom and kitchen area. I stayed in the junior suite which overlooked the vineyard and chicken coup. We were greeted at the door and directed to our room. Peller estates and Two Sisters vineyard was a 5 minute walk from the b&b, which was actually through the vineyard itself. The breakfast the following morning was my favourite part. We sat outside on the porch facing the vineyard and ate fresh eggs picked from the coup. Everything was fresh and delicious. I might’ve loved my stay here more than visiting the vineyards itself. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you all.

Lovely Niagara B&B

The hosts are very nice and amazing cooks! The property is surrounded by vineyards so it’s very tranquil. It’s a few minutes walk from the Peller Estates, so a Wine tasting is very convenient. The Niagara parkway bike/walking trail is just at the top of the road. I would def stay here again!
