Bad experience

Pros: Bathroom was clean
Cons: Update tv and add microwave
Location: Location wasn't too bad
Room had a terrible smell, tv remote control not working, no fridge nor microwave, my view was the dumpster, their deluxe breakfast was just small muffins and cold cereal, one thing I know for sure I would never go back or recommend it to anyone

Budget hotel in a tourist zone

No luggage storage on early arrival. Breakfast room very tiny, had to eat in our room. Room good size & clean. 10-15min walk to the falls but its easy.

Pros: the location
Cons: House keeping always forgot to do something
Location: 1/2 mile from the Falls, Maid of the Mist, fast foods etc
Location is 1/2 from tourist area Needs to be up dated Excellent Italian restaurant Villella Italian Restaurant attach to hotel

Staff wasn't to personable and definitely not kid or handicap friendly. No elevator and they they put us on the top floor my husband walks with a cane. Also tv didn't have but a few channels, nothing for kids.

Worst Hotel, Poor service.

I checked in with my family(two kids). The customer service was very poor. They made me to wait almost one and a half hour at the booking counter. The office guy was already fighting with three other customers. I was just waiting to complete this mess.Their data management was so poor, that they didn't knew which room is empty and full. The office guy doesn't know how to operate the computer too. Overall bad experience, poor service. I recommend never book this Hotel. I didn't expect Expedia has this type of hotel in their listings.

The staff was rude and very unfriendly. The first thing you hear when you reach at 9:00pm in the night is that you will be charged for two days if you don't check out by 11:00am. The breakfast was terrible. It was told that the breakfast will be available from 7am to 9am. But only oats and cereals were available at 8:00am onwards. The carpet and the floors were very dirty.
