“Great place to stay”
We've been to White Oaks twice and had a terrific experience both times. The rooms are very nice and extremely clean. Food is very good in the inhouse rest. Fitness facilities are fantastic. Yoga and other classes are available along with tennis and racquetball courts. The gym has both machines and free weights and is also very nice. We'll go back on a regular basis. Highly recommended.
“wonderful stay, didn't miss not being in "heart" of town”
My husband and I stayed at the White Oaks from Friday, September 2nd until Sunday, September 4th. I booked through Expedia and was happy with the price I paid for a holiday weekend. After driving over 7 hours from New Jersey, we arrived a little after midnight Saturday morning. When we went to check-in the employee was more than friendly and helpful. She had our room key ready before we arrived! Checking-in was such a breeze! We had a standard, double full bed, room. It was a tad bit dated but the room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The bed was luxurious and comfortable as well. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was fun. I imagine the hotel was near to capacity as there were 3 weddings on Saturday night. I never felt like it was too crowded or that service lacked because of this. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. It isn’t exactly near the “heart” of the town of Niagara on the Lake but I enjoyed the quiet area of the hotel. Everything is such a short car ride from the hotel I never felt like we were missing out on anything at all. You can not use the fridge in the room as they charge you. You can't even keep drinks in the room cold. That would be the only downside to my stay.
“Completely satisfied with our choice. Will return soon!”
We were shocked to hear that this was not a very new hotel. It was spotless and beautiful. Fresh flowers were placed daily around the hotel making the atmosphere exquisite. The staff could not have been more attentive. We plan on another trip there within this year!!!
“very beautiful experience and the staff are very helpful”
the courtesy was very noticeable. The gym was superb
“Absolutely impressive”
Professional staff was top of the line; impeccable service; food excellent; health club facility was state-of-the-art with exceptional instructors and equipment.
“As good as any fine European hotel we've experienced”
From the registration to checkout, we had a consistently exceptional experience. The management attention to design details (superb flower arrangements; Ironing the tablecloths when setting up a new service) to the decor of the chairs, excellent food, and outstanding beds for sleeping, we were surprised and pleased. We will go out of our way to go back.
“Very friendly and comfortable”
great hotel for the price.
“Great Stay”
The staff was one of the most polite and professional crew I have come across in many stays at a wide variety of hotels. Very nice resort with plenty of top rate and varied accomodations. Can't say enough about the staff that really set this stay apart from many travels.
“Can't wait to go back”
White Oaks is the best place to stay! The staff is friendly and very helpful from check in to check out. The Play and Liv are the best places to eat, right in the hotel. We have stayed at the resort for the past two years, and we hope to go back next year and stay longer this time.
“The Jewel of Niagara on the Lake”
Fabulous, I have been to this hotel a total of four times now. It is truly one of the loviest hotels I have ever stayed in. The patronage is outstanding. Everyone that works in the hotel is so very kind and willing to do anything one needed. The restaurant is outstanding, one of the very best I have ever been to in this cou ntry. This has been my fourth stay at this resort and it has always been so lovely and I will definitely be returning. My above review, sums it all up. I am so content, when i am staying here.
