We got a suite for the four of us. The living room area was not large but the bedroom was spacey with two queen beds. Beds and sheets were clean the first day. It's probably because we didn't leave a tip for cleaning service, but on the second day, when we came back to our room, although the sheets were organized our hairs were left on the beds. It seems the cleaning person just made the beds without caring about cleaning.
While I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the breakfast foods were not the favorite part of our stay. I liked that they offered a variety of foods - oatmeal, cereals, cut fruits, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices, sausages, etc. But most of them were not good. I wasn't seeking for a fancy breakfast for an affordable-cost hotel like Country Inn, and I've travelled a lot, staying at places with a similar level. But if the hotel wants to serve these items, I do hope they check the quality of what they offer. The cut fruits (melon, peeled orange, pineapple, etc) tasted all bad as if they were rotten. I tried guava juice - I can't describe how it tastes, it was disgusting. I don't expect high quality meat items at 2-3 star inns/hotels, but the sausage patty was like tasteless cardboard. The only thing I liked was boiled eggs, which seemed to have stayed in the refrigerator overnight (they were cold).
But overall I'm rating this hotel with 5-points, because there were good things which I cared more about. The beds were firm and comfortable and clean on day 1

Hotel was very clean. They serve warm cookies every afternoon. They were very tasty. They serve a breakfast buffet every morning with eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, make your own waffles. My kids loved breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were very professional and did an outstanding job. We enjoyed the pool and spa. They also have a sauna. The hotel is located at the White Water Walk bus stop for the green line of the Wego bus. There is a purple line bus stop around the corner as well. No need for a car if you don't mind taking the bus. My only complaint is that there are no restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely stay again for the price.

Hotel is very clean and has a very good location if you're aware of the WEGO bus system. It might not be the greatest location if you want to be closer to Clifton Hill in a high season, but it works if you plan ahead. Would recommend it!

Everything about our stay was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, and had an amazing view. We had the suite with a Jacuzzi on the 14th floor and we loved it! I loved sitting in the tub or our bed and being able to see the falls. We were also given a late check out on Sunday at 2pm which was awesome. The 'valet' parking on the weekend was a little confusing & not very organized, but other than that everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel & would return again.

My husband and I were just staying in Niagara falls for one night. We did the winery tour on Saturday and again on Sunday (Oct 18 and 19, 2014). We booked this hotel based on the reviews that I say on Trip Advisor and on Expedia. There are obviously better hotels out there but this one was very clean and the hotel staff was wonderful. When we checked in they asked about our plans and made sure we knew how to get to where we were going.
They have a restaurant on site that services breakfast from 7 to noon. We arrived around 11 am and had a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant staff was very pleasant, quick service and the food was a good portion size. We had coffee, two glasses of juice, 2 eggs with bacon and toast and a ham & cheese omelet with toast for $20. More reasonable portion sizes than most places.
We were within walking distance of the Casino so we tried that on Saturday night.
Overall a great experience and for the price we would stay there again.

The hotel is great. It is too far from Niagara Falls to walk though, and they charge for the shuttle and parking. The hotel staff are all excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Very slow, bad service in the restaurant and only average food.
