"We found the condo was in a really wonderful location, handy to old town, the train station and the centre of Nice. It was easy to get to by tram from the airport and the tram was handy for the return. Would highly recommend."

"There were six adults staying. We enjoyed the kitchen and living space. With one bathroom it was just okay. Ease of access to everything the Nice offers. The only real concern was the noise level which is out of the owner’s control. There is a bar across the alley and the recycling center in the attached building next door. Not only did the bar dump their bottles but other restaurants as well. This happened most of the night. Also, pick up for the garbage and recycling was at 6:00 every day. So...

"We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful."
