“Convenient, cheap hotel near beach”
This hotel is a great value for what you are paying. The room is a little small but I didn't go to Nice to sit in my hotel room. But, when you do return to the room, it has A/C so it helps you escape the heat of the beach. It's an excellent location for a shower and a nap and you can be right back in the action in minutes. The hotel staff helped us find a bike rental shop and that was a great time riding maybe 7 minutes to Old Town. The only disappointment is that it has wireless internet advertised but the range of the wireless is limited to basically the main lobby and maybe the second floor lobby if you have a quality wireless device (ei - not my iphone). Wireless is one of the reasons I booked the hotel and it wasn't ideal that I couldn't use it in my 3rd floor room but otherwise, the hotel was everything I hoped for a cheap hotel. A lot of college aged/20-somethings to hangout with or go out with during the night as well.
“good location but bad hotel”
Besides the location,this hotel is very bad. The room is small and the bathroom is so tiny....It has a separate toilet in which you cannot close the door because you wouldn't fit in there. The shower is so small too and you need to be very thin to get in there without touching anything.But the only good thing is the location. Is very close to the beach.
