“Very impressed”

The hotel was very nice we had a good size room and excellent facilities including a very useful small kitchen area with sink, fridge and 2 ring hob unit. We were also provided with a kettle plus cups, coffee and tea when we asked for them. The outside balcony area with table and chairs was very pleasant and had a sea view. Buffet breakfast was included in the cost and was very good; hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese were provided as well as the more usual continental breakfast fare. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

“Best Hotel in NICE/ANTIBES area”

The hotel was a bit tricky to find, but the location was great. It is 10min drive from Nice, and 10min drive from Antibes, so perfect for those who will be travelling with a car. The room had a kitchen as well. Super clean, quite a big room with beach right in front. It worths way more than how much it costs. Breakfast wasn't that great, but there are big supermarkets nearby. Free wireless internet was convenient and fast as well.

“Great choice near Nice and Antibes”

Excellent large room with great ocean view. Beach is stoney but is a nice place to walk. Plenty of parking space. Overpriced breakfast. Room is sufficiently comfortable to facilitate a week's stay. A top choice with a modest price

“Good location with onsite parking (free)”

Overall a good place for a base if you are out and about. Bedroom was pleasantly spacious with excellent aircon and small kitchen area we did not use (although did use the large fridge). Bed was clean and comfortable. Lovely large balcony overlooking sea. Direct access from hotel to stoney beach - which got very busy very early, but we managed to go for a swim at 9.30 in the morning and the water was warm and calm - it was fab. Had breakfast down the road for half the price. Hotel is quite small and a bit shabby but clean. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Only stayed one night, but would definitely go back as it was good value for money. Plus side is it is just off main road to Nice and Antibes. Hotel was very quiet during the night. Only down side is that you can hear the planes taking off from Nice airport which is only about 5 miles away but it didn't really bother us and they don't flight during the night!

“Best Wester Syracuse, South of France”

We stayed at The Best western Syracuse hotel in Villeneuve-loubet, about 10 minutes drive from Nice cote de azur airport, on a pleasant route, with lots to see and lots of places to stop and take in the sea breeze. you have Cannes anad Nice centre about 20 - 30 minutes in each direction. If you book a selfcatering apartment, there is a super market 5 minutes up the road from the hotel, the beach is about 30 seconds from the hotel, depending on the speed of your steps and where your room is located. Make sure that when you book, that you check the room details correctly, and if booking through a third party, read the small print. the room we thought we were getting was a standard with a balcony (as thats what we saw on the website). The stay at the hotel was great after the room change was great. Planning to go back back next year. Totally great trip and well worth the money

“Pleasantly Surprised”

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay was remarkable. The staff was friendly and spoke English. There was ample parking and an lift. For the price it is an excellent deal.

“right on thr beach”

We upgraded our reservation to a unit on the beach. The accomodation was perfect and a short stroll to a variety of restaurants and several supermarkets. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

“Great Value for Money”

Basic hotel in a good location - go the extra mile and book one of the bungalows 'on the beach' with own patio and kitchenette optional (for a fee). Close to local shops, mini supermaket and restaurants all on the marina. Number 200 bus takes you straight into Nice for a couple of euros. Hotel staff pleasant enough but English not good so brush up on your French before you go. Would defo go back.

“Mediocre”

This hotel is extremely well located and close to shops, restaurants, the harbour and the beach. It is tired and is undergoing a refurb ( but really only a paint job). It makes a good base for touring to all of the french riviera

“Small for the price”

Small room, decent location near to the marina. Internet in the bungalows is near non-existant. No room service available and only a basic breakfast. No other dining available.
