Very good location - close to town centre and beacPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: It's location and the size of the room .
Cons: Include breakfast in the price or give special offers . The carpet in the bedroom was nothing special .
Location: Next to cafes and restaurants and very close to the beach.
The hotel is in an excellent location. My room was on the fifth floor . It was quiet and comfortable enough. The furniture was adequate . The bed was fine and the bathroom was quite spacious . The breakfasts were fine but were the same every day At 12 Euros it seemed initially quite expensive but when you think that you can have fruit juices, croissants , egg and bacon , cereal and coffees it works out cheaper than having the same at a nearby cafe .

Basic but idealPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Price, location.
Cons: Nothing for the reasonable price.
Location: Discover Nice cycle tour is a must.
This hotel has a perfect location - 2 mins walk to the seafront, 5 mins walk to the Old Town, next to a small cluster of shops and restaurants and 1 minute from the bus stop to the airport. It cannot be faulted. The hotel was really reasonable (we had a triple room) and the staff were professional and even gave the option of speaking in French or English. The hotel itself is pretty plain, as are the rooms, but they were clean and suited our group perfectly. We actually had a new bathroom in our room. Overall, it ticked every box for us and for the price probably exceeded expectations. If you want a reasonable, clean and professional base for exploring the city and aren't too bothered by out-and-out luxury or lots of facilities, you can't go wrong.

Well located hotelPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: The staff and the cleanliness.
Location: Amazing location, lots of museums to see, many shops on Jean Medicine Ave, casinos, beautiful promenade, easy to access buses for Monaco, Cannes etc.
I stayed in Nice for 4 days with my mum and Aunt. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned to an excellent standard. Towels were replaced every day. The hotel is in the best location; it's ideal for shopping, the promenade, buses, taxis , trams etc.

Excellent base for a short breakPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Location, the comfortable bed and the quietness of our room.
Cons: Difficult to find any fault with the facilities of a hotel at this reasonable price.
Location: 5 minutes from the beach, shops , bus stop to airport and restaurants. Old Nice 10 minutes walk, buses to art galleries.
The hotel is superbly located, being 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, restaurants, Old Nice and the shops. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away. Our room was modern, air conditioned and quiet despite being in the centre of the bustling mainly pedestrian area. The breakfast room on the 5 the floor was light and airy - a well stocked buffet and particularly good coffee. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful at all times. We would certainly stay here again when we - hopefully- return to Nice.

Good, convenient location in Nice.Posted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: The good location.
Cons: Our room was quite comfortable, if a little small. However, we were out most of the time, so I guess it didn't really matter.
Location: Great bakery just around the corner. Many restaurants close by and an easy walk to the beach.
The hotel is in a good position in Nice. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great option in NicePosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a great option in Nice. We stayed there for our first night. We rented a car and went directly to the hotel which is very close from airport, in the middle of everything. The only bad thing is parking. You must drive to a parking lot nearby and they charge around 20 euros per day. But, I'd recommend because you are walking distance to the beach, to shopping, to restaurants. We walked to the beach, we went out for lunch, for dinner, etc. Its a safe area and the staff is very nice. The hotel room is small. Very small for american standards but its modern and clean. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, close to all the action, and don't want to spend too much money, this is definitely a wonderful option.

Comfortable and a great locationPosted Aug 15, 2013
We've stayed in the triple room, basic but clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception were very helpful. The location was very good, close to everything and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. We liked a tiny balcony to soak up the holiday atmosphere. As our flight was late in the evening, we left our suitcases at the reception and could go to beach which was very convenient. We wish they had a tea & coffee making facility. It would be nice to have a picture on the wall.
