You Get Your Own Key Here

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: The location can't really be beat, especially for beach goers.
Location: The Musee des Beaux Arts is nearby.
This a small boutique type hotel located over a restaurant of the same name, but different owner. The hotel owner is also the entire staff. So, to enjoy your stay here, you have to be pretty well-self-motivated, because he's always busy, either cleaning, maintaining, doing the accounting, or something else connected with the hotel's operation. My room was small but came with a small terrace and a beautiful ocean view of Cap Ferrat. I bought groceries at the super marché down the street and ate breakfast on the terrace. The room came with a small fridge. I needed to use the air conditioning except at night when a strong ocean breeze moved through neighborhood. My bed was a bit hard and the floor without carpeting, but I was adaptable. There was a shower but without a tub. The bath floor is sloped so that the shower water moves toward the drain. Bring your own toiletries. The TV receives mostly French channels. But anyone can read the weather map. And that's probably all you will need. The hotel is about 75 meters from the sea. This is mostly a beach used by locals and those renting efficiency apartments nearby. No joke. It's a beautiful spot. Magnan Beach. It's just not on the main strip of hotels. Maybe about a 20 minute walk. Effective now, most buses are running along the Prom so transportation is very easy. The Cannes, Grasse, Vence, and airport buses all stop on the corner.

Pros: L'emplacement

Good location near the promenade

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Air conditioning, good location.
Cons: An actual bathroom and sound proofing would make this a decent hotel.
Location: Close to the promenade, a bit of a walk to the main sights.
This hotel has a good location near the promenade and has air conditioned rooms. That's about it. The room was clean but the bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. It was not a bathroom at all. They just took a room, added a toilet and drilled a hole in the ground for the shower head, there is no actual bathtub or anything. The hotel really needs some soundproofing as you can hear everything from the traffic outside and you can even hear people speak in the room next door. The owner is polite but if he steps out of the hotel, there is no one at the reception and you just have to wait until he comes back. Overall, there must be better hotels in Nice.

Well-equipped room.

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: The facilities were good and it was close enough to walk to the the city centre. Nice staff.
Cons: A bit of redecoration is needed. But for the price, it was fine.
Location: It was close enough to the city centre to be walkable, and very near the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. There were a few museums nearby.
The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Nice, and very close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The room was well-equipped with balcony (complete with table and chairs), air-conditioning, a big comfortable bed, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, fridge, kettle, cups & saucers and glasses. The en-suite had a good shower and plenty of towels.

This hotel needs to put in sound proofing and grease its doors. You could hear a door opening on the whole floor and you can hear the toilet flush in the other room on the same floor or upstairs. Great staff and good pricing for a budget but that's all. Don't expect much more than that for the price.

해변과 교통의 접근성이 우수

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: 바다가 보이는 객실과 생폴드&방스와 깐느(앙티브)행 버스정류장이 도보30초정도 거리에 있다 하나 더 샤워부스가 아니고 욕실에 배수구가 있다ㅎㅎㅎ
Location:
