Place is okay for the price. Parking garages are about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The beach is about 25 -30 minutes walking. Place is was clean and staff was pleasant however they have two hotels on the same street which made it confusing as the hotel I was sent to wasn’t the same address.

The hotel is in a very central location, breakfast was good, excellent room service and everything met expectations. Very good value for the money.

There was a slight mix-up of my room at check-in, but the issue was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Room was small as there was nearly no clearance between end of bed and wall where the TV is mounted, but room was modern and clean. Hotel located near tram 1 stop and main train station.

The air conditioning was very poor (27 degrees at night) and when we asked about a change of room, the hotel did not make any effort to fix the air conditioning or offer an alternative room. The beds were very short, too short for anyone taller than 5”9. The drainage in the shower was very poor; I had to switch the shower off halfway through to drain the water so it did not leak into the the main bedroom.

A nice city hotel close to the beach

Good, well located hotel with a few small issues
Overall the stay at the Hotel Annexe was a good one. The location is excellent as it is a 5 minute walk or so to the train station, a 15-20 min walk to the beachfront and less than a 5 minute walk to ‘Liberation’ where you can get a local number 23 bus to the airport (or from the airport to there). The room itself was comfortable, as was the bed and it was clean and generally quiet with a little bit of street noise now and again. There were a few things that as regular travellers we found a little bit inconvenient - the reception is next door, which isn’t a problem at all, but you need to give a €20 deposit for the room key and in our case we asked for a kettle and had to pay another €5 deposit for that too (they asked for more). Why not ask for a deposit on a credit card like nearly every other hotel I have been to. On another day we weren’t given any shampoo so I had to go to reception to get some more. Also, for what looks like a newly refurbished room, it was strange to only have 1 plug socket (and not next to the bed). These issues wouldn’t stop us from staying there again given it was well located and well priced but we left after our 4 night stay that it could have easily been better with a few small changes.

Great hotel that was linked to one a couple of doors up the street The Monsigny. Although our reception was unmanned the one there was 24/7 and only a phone call away if you needed anything. The restaurant there was good but the Maitre de, Fred was absolutely brilliant such a nice guy.

This hotel doesn’t have a check in desk, but you check in right next door at Hotel Monsigny. Thought that should be noted. It is very close walk to waterfront, busses, and train station. The beds are really soft and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I would stay again
I would stay again at the Hotel Annexe because of the hotel's location. It was also nice that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked this room last minute, on the same day because we needed a place to sleep, and this more than fit our needs.

Great location and quality
I booked this hotel when travelling on my own. I wanted a clean and decent room in a central location and it was just that. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the train station, has a tram stop almost outside and also walkable from the old city and the promenade (25-25 minutes). It is in an old and beautiful building but the room was renovated ad clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great family hotel
Loved staying at the hotel with my family. It's a very safe place and I didn't have to worry about the children since you needed a code to get in. It's close to the beach, I'd say 10-15 min which is good. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, very friendly and helpful. Would be glad to come back and stay again.

Nice hotel in a very good location, it is close to almost everything. Next to the main train station where you can catch the train to go to Monaco, and the beach is just a 15 minutes walk. Rooms clean and comfortable, very nice staff.

Great comfy place to stay in the midst of the city
I stayed here with my friend for two nights, and we were very pleased with the hotel! Very convenient location close to the tram and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach! Staff was great and the beds were extremely comfortable (unlike many other places I have stayed)

Hotel accueillant et prix correct pour le secteur.
Accueil très agréable, fermeture du bar dès 22h00 plus de café après cette heure, étage 6 sous le Rooftop où la musique et les bruit de pas se prolongent jusqu'à minuit difficile pour s'endormir, bruit de soufflerie VMC et ventilation audible aussi.

L hotel avait reçu un message où l'on demandait une chambre à 2 lits et une place de parking. L'hotel n'a pas donné suite à nos messages. A l'arrivée: Il n'y avait pas de parking car ce qu'il nomme "parking" c'est 5 emplacements devant l'hotel ! Et la chambre à 2 lits n'avait pas été réservée non plus L'hotel ne tient pas compte de souhaits des voyageurs et n'a meme pas la correction de répondre aux messages . Ce n'est pas professionnel et dénote un manque de respect dela clientèle.

Malheureusement je ne peux pas répondre correctement a votre avis, car je ne retrouve pas votre réservation, il me manque un numéro de réference. En tous les cas, si notre disponibilité le permet, nous n'avons en général aucun problème à donner le type de chambre souhaité à nos clients. Quant à notre parking, il a déjà rendu service à de nombreux clients. Mais les places sont limitées et doivent être réservées à l'avance. Sinon nous proposons à nos client le parking Q-Park situé à 200m aveec qui nous avons un partenariat.

Hôtel rénové et agréable dans l’ensemble. Chambre : propre et fonctionnelle Le point noir du sejour est l’arrivée : malgré un accueil pro de la réceptionniste, il nous a été demander nos passeports pour en faire une photocopie, or cela est illégale et interdit par la loi. Nous avons dit à la réceptionniste notre opposition à cela, après insistance elle n’a pas fait de copie, mais avouez que cela est dérangeant surtout quand vous êtes en vacances.
