Perfect locationPosted Jul 29, 2014
We booked this hotel for the location. Airport bus stopped a couple of blocks away,an easy walk with small luggage. Within seconds of the hotel are shops, restaurants, everything you could need on a holiday. Our stay was wonderfully uncomplicated. 1 euro for 24 hour Wifi which worked without dropping out. Room was not massive but you can't expect huge space in these hotels. Clean bathroom, good shower pressure. We would definitely stay again.

LocationPosted Jul 29, 2014
Great location (actually best location in town) near restaurants, beach, nightlife, you don't need a car. Ideal for couples but also families with children. Very close to the airport and main highway.

CONVENIENTPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Just convenient for everything
Cons: Rooms could be described as cramped. As hotel has limited facilities it would be good to have tea/coffee in rooms.
Location: Centrally located for shops and restaurants all right on your doorstep and recommended
Second visit - right in middle of shops and restaurants. Small rooms but very clean. . Always return to this particular hotel even though the rooms are not very big.

great find in central NicePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: clean, friendly, comfortable, central, cheap wifi at 1 euro per day
Cons: tea and coffee facilities in room towels changed daily
Location: The street the hotel is on is quite touristy, better places for food are Old Nice / Cours Saleya market area. Had some lovely seafood, pizza , icecrea
I was worried about staying in a 'budget' hotel but found it to be clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff spoke perfect English and they were kind and helpful. I was alone on holiday and felt perfectly safe and secure. The bed was comfy and the location v central. The wifi was only one euro per day. I stayed in a room overlooking the street. I always wear earplugs so the noise did not bother me, but would recommend light sleepers ask for one at the back. I did not try breakfast but it did seem a bit pricey at $8 euros for pastries and coffee. The only things I wished were that there was a kettle and some coffee in the room, and that the towels were changed daily (seemed to be only every couple of days) but these are really only minor issues. Would recommend.

Close to beach and many restaurants.Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Very close to everything, staff lovely and helpful. Reception 24 hours. You get what you pay for.
Cons: Air conditioning didn't work. If you are prepared to be woken up at 5 every morning then go for a swim.
Location: If you like a rocky beach and the sea go for it.
Nice is a beach resort, recommend bike hire to cycle coast, look for orange bike hire easier than trying to get a blue bike from stands. Address 21 Rue Rivoli. Bus from airport very near hotel, far cheaper than taxi. Nice was not for us. Nice is expensive.

In the heart of the cityPosted Jul 17, 2014
Location: Great location - city, promenade, old town, restaurants, shops. Short train trips to Monaco, Antibes, Cannes. Avoid queues - buy tickets night before!
A little gem and we have stayed here before. As most hotel users are out all day sightseeing, this hotel is ideal for sleeping accommodation. Some rooms only just about take a double bed but the daily maid service means that you return each day to a tidy room - even if, like us, you 'live out of a suitcase'! Very basic continental breakfast but several café/bars within 100 yards that provide fuller breakfasts if needed. Finally, a nice but different touch is the availability of a coffee machine in the lounge where, on your return, you can have a coffee 'on the house'! Recommend this hotel for its value for money!

Good value for money.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Good value for money in an excellent location. The hotel is dated but very clean. I Always like to see that the bedding is white and the bathrooms spotless, which this hotel was, although the rooms were very small, but at this price you'd expect this. I would recommend not taking the €6 breakfast as a few steps outside the hotel or in nice old town/cours saleya, you can get the same breakfast for a euro or two more whilst enjoying the vibe of nice!

hotel handy for all the main attractions in nice.Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: every member of staff was helpful and polite this includes the cleaners.it was very clean.the room was big enough for me.
Cons: the hotel was fine but the rooms should have triple grazing windows as i got woke up by the bin men at 2 o'clock in the morning .
Location: handy for all the main attrations of nice and for the bus routes to other destinations on the cote d'azur
hotel was handy for the main attractions and within walking distance of the drop off point and pick up point for the bus back to the airport.the bus stop to go to vence and st paul de vence was also close.

Location, location, locationPosted Jul 6, 2014
Yes it's not a beautiful 5 star hotel, the bed is not memory foam, u open the door and enter ur living room, bedroom and kitchen and there is no a/c.. But the location is INCREDIBLE, and the hotel is very clean and we had no problems absolutely using this hotel whenever we come back to Paris!

Great location.Posted Jul 4, 2014
Great location in the heart of nice. Breakfast needs more variety. Pillows to high. Mini bar would be great. Minor issues. Everything else was great. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Excellent.
