Best view of the promenard.Posted Apr 2, 2015
This charming hotel is an excellent base for exploring Nice. Or we could have sat all day and night and simply watched the ocean, promenard and the Riviera. We could see the length of the beach. The hotel is older and our room was small. But it was clean and attractive. Staff was friendly and had excellent tips to get the most out of our trip.

Wonderful view from the balconyPosted Mar 30, 2015
The main attraction of this hotel is its situation close to the old town and not the least that it is overlooking the whole coastline of Nice, its nice rooms and friendly staff and the possibility of having an excellent breakfast. The balcony doors effeciently seal off the noise from below (the sound of the waves which is nice and the noise of the traffic which is not quite as nice), but you don't really mind the cars below when you sit on your balcony and enjoy the view.

Brilliant locationPosted Mar 23, 2015
Cons: Croissants could be fresher
Location: 20 minutes walk to Acropolis conference centre
Most rooms have views from a balcony that run all the way down the beachfront. Staff were efficient and friendly and for conferences it is only 20 minutes walk from the main venue in Nice at the Acropolis. I'd definitely stay here again if I returned to Nice.

Amazing views!!Posted Mar 19, 2015
Our room had the most amazing view! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and breakfast was great. Our room was small but that's typical and the balcony made up for it. Would definitely go back! Great location too. There's a bike rental station right by the hotel which is perfect for exploring the promenade.

Good locationPosted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Great location.
Cons: The wifi quality was not good. I was not able to skype family back home but could check email by connecting and waiting several minutes for updates.
Hotel Suisse is nice and I enjoyed my stay there. The location is excellent and a reasonable walk to the old town and many restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais.

Nice option close to the beach and main areasPosted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Improve the WI-FI and have more cable channel options available for English speakers
Nice hotel, small rooms, amazing views, wi-fi coverage is terrible and slow, cable TV only has two channels in english.

Very nice hotel - just as website showsPosted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, lighting, beautiful views, friendly staff
Cons: Thin walls - can hear next door's normal volume conversation ( muffled, cannot hear actual words)
Location: Walkable distance to Old town, easy access to beach, Acropolis centre 15 min walk
Beautiful hotel and views. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and polite - met 5-6 of them. Rooms are clean, bathrooms extremely clean and spotless. The only thing is the walls are a bit thin, so can hear next door's muffled conversations and other activities - wonder if anything can be done about this as that would be the only thing I would improve on for this hotel. Overall very nice and pleasant stay.

Meerblick als einziger BonusPosted Feb 6, 2015
Pros: Der Meerblick! Gute Betten.
Orangen darf man selbst pressen.

Nice Hotel with amazing viewsPosted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: The Amazing Views and friendly staff
Cons: More closet space in rooms for clothes & reduce breakfast price.
Location: The best location ever, close to lots of restaurants & bars. Tram station short walk away, which also takes you to the train station.
Hotel was great, Amazing views from hotel balcony, you could see right round the coast. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The location was great close to a variety of different restaurants & also close to tram & train station, we used these alot as we went to Cannes, Monaco/Monte Carlo & also went up into Italy, tickets are very reasonable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, just a couple of small gripes, not much closet space in room to put clothes & also the breakfast was very expensive, but lots of places close by to eat breakfast at more reasonable rates. But overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
