Lovely hotel but some of the rooms are ready for a paint refresh. Surprising that there were no tea/coffee faciltiies in the room and to order a cup from room service costs E7! The most disappointing aspect was that room service removed a full bottle of unopened champagne from the room in error and when we reported it they had to investigate and review cctv footage to prove that was the case before replacing the bottle - extremely poor customer service experience. I do however have to commend the knowledge and advice given by the concierge who was excellent and we took up all his recommendations of restaurants, sights to see and local travel arrangements.

Concerning tea and coffee making facilities, indeed this is not a standard in all our rooms’ categories. I MET MY DAUGHTER FOR A MOTHER DAUGHTER WEEKEND AFTER A 24 HOUR DAY OF TRAVEL FROM California. the HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL FROM SERVICE AMMENITIES, CLEANLINESS. the ROOM NEXT DOOR WAS BEING RENOVATED, BUT WAS PLEASED NO WORK TOOK PLACE DURING OUR STAY. the CONSIGNA WAS WONDERFUL AND PATIENT AS WELL, would STAY HEAR AGAIN . perhaps BRING MY HUSBAND NEXT TRIP thank YOU Hyatt

Bien situé, promenade des Anglais, mobilité facile

Pros: Le restaurant, le bar, la commodité en générale.
Cons: La salle de bain, possibilité de lit double
Location: Place Massena, la rue piétonne avec ses restaurants. Le carnaval
Globalement positif, room-service excellent. L'acceuil impécable.

Great hotel

I loved the stay in the hotel .. the staff were wonderful very helpful and friendly with no problem speaking English. The sea view from the room was to die for with a private balcony. The only downside was that toilet seat was separate from the main bath, not something that I'm used to or prefer. The bottom line I would totally recommend it especially for couples

We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Nice. The hotel is located very centrally and the staff are lovely, ask about their day trip to the perfume region.

Comfortable, noisy due to construction at my room

Nice hotel, restaurant food was average for French cuisine. Remodel activities were very noisy and disruptive in my room. Unable to conduct phone business in my room. Staff was above average and helpful.

A soft refurbishment of all city view guestrooms is now in process and will last until April 2015. This transformation is done floor by floor, isolating the works from the eyes of our guests and when finished will bring the comfort of the city view rooms up to the Hyatt standards (carpet replacement, life safety systems upgrading, new TVs). With the phased renovation, we pay all our attention that minimum disruption to guests is anticipated. hôtel en centre ville et face à la plage

Pros: Il est magnifiquement situé et il n'y a rien à redire aux prestations.
Cons: Je ne vois pas.
Location: Le quartier est celui du centre-ville ; vous pouvez à la plage, faire du shopping (fort varié) ou aller voir une exposition (vu le nombre de musées)
L'hôtel est très agréable, bien situé. Tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel appartenant à un grand groupe, outre une magnifique façade " art déco"
