“Would choose again if on a budget”

This is a great hotel for people on a budget. The staff was allways friendly, and the free internet was a plus. If im not mistaken the hotel is ran by a family. The room was small as expected, but the beautiful jardin made up for it. would advise people my age (23) to choose this hotel.

We stayed here on a tight budget trip and were more than happy with our room and service. Our room was extremely clean and pleasantly decorated. We got prompt service from the staff. Our room had the most lovely view and the hotel was very close to the beach. We walked everywhere. Don't forget to have a pastis from the bar before you leave!

Great location blocks away from the sea. i could walk every - to the old town etc. very clean. i had a single room which was a little small. but it was comfortable and very clean. the bed was comfortable.

When I travel overseas to explore I like a comfortable hotel but it doesn't have to have a ton of luxuries. It's not about the hotel when siteseeing - it's a place to hang your hat. This hotel was only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. I really enjoyed it. It was perfect.

Selected this as a last minute choice for attending a conference in Cannes. Location could not have been better - short walk to the beach and the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful - not always the case in a 3 star hotel. I would book again and would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean hotel in Nice.

Decent sized room--great location within walking distance of most of the sights--nice outdoor gardens--not fancy, but a good place to stay.

If you are on the tight budget (like me) or a student, this is the good place to stay. This hotel does not offer anything fancy at all. The rooms are small with old carpeting but clean. I stayed in this hotel for one week. I really was pleased with the staff. They were very nice and helpful. I liked the location of the hotel. It is 5 minutes from the Train station; 15 minutes walking distance from the Bus station and the old town; 5 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes from the shopping area.

“Not impressed”

I wasn't impressed with that hotel at all. The view was bad, over some roof, old windows, tiny TV set didn't work properly. Wadrobe had musty smell. At least front desk staff was nice and helpful.
