Situated about 2 minutes from everything you needPosted Sep 24, 2013
Cute hotel located 2 mins from the Promenade Anglais and about 5 minutes from the old town - perfect for any tourist visit. The surrounding area is quiet and the hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. Whilst we did not get one of the newly decorated rooms, it was still comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view to neighbouring buildings - all of which have French charm. Highly recommended overall if you have a small to mid sized budget.

Nice hotel Close to BeachPosted Aug 29, 2013
Location: The hotel was close to the beach and the promenade.
Our room was very small, hardly enough room for us to walk pat each other. It was on the first floor and had a pleasant view out the window. The location was good, within walking distance of the railway station and close to the beach and the promenade. There was no bar fridge to keep our water cold and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Overall it was adequate for the two nights we stayed there.

A nice little gemPosted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: Nice little garden in the front, nice to hangout and drink beers
Cons: No English entertainment TV channels, breakfast expensive and not enough storage for 2 people
Location: Great location and in a nice area - The road Rue Meyerbeer has everything
The receptionists, room and kitchen staff were friendly and very very helpful, has a lovely little garden in the front which is a nice place to hangout before, during and after stay, The road Rue Meyerbeer is great it has all the shops you need for a low cost holiday (I love this road - it even has a little Carrefour City) - My two little moans are that there were plenty of entertainment TV shows in other languages, but only the usual BBC World in English and the breakfast was too expansive, but with Rue Meyerbeer only 100 yds away it wasn't a problem

Great location and lovely environment, little refurbishments will go a long way to make the service excellent.

great locationPosted Jun 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was our last night in Southern France after 2 weeks. Very good service and nice rooms. First room was very large but had two beds so switched to smaller room with king. Staff was very friendly and hotel parking was only 20€ . The location is central and walking distance to everything. For 95€ a night it was a great value.

Big disappointmentPosted May 26, 2013
Location: Close to seafront
This hotel was a disappointment and very expensive for what it is. Definitely not good value. We were given a room on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd and there was no offer to carry bags up the stairs. In some areas there was a bad smell of damp and decor is very tired to say the least. The walls are thin and one night we were keep awake till 1:30 am by the tv in the next room. Throw in 13 euro for breakfast when you can same down at seafront cages for 5 or 6.5 euros added to our dissatisfaction ( you can guess where we went ). Asked for a taxi to airport and got an expensive (35 euros for 5 miles) car with driver not a proper taxi. Hotel is obviously in league with the car firm.

Budget friendly place very convenient to promenadePosted Oct 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
Room was adequate size. On street side so VERY noisy all night - had to close windows and run AC to dampen the noise. Bathroom tiny and in need of upating and cleaning of tiles. Cleaning staff inconsistent - not always replace glasses, not vacumned, etc. Free Wifi good but had to go to lobby for it to work. Free use of computer in lobby but keyboard not type what the keys indicated so unable to use. Staff knowledgeable regarding bus service to museums and airport. very convenient to promenade/beach - just a short walk. Nice courtyard to relax in. Convenient to city buses. Short walk to many restuarants (Barracuda very good)

Brice Nice, not as good as it should be for a 3*Posted Oct 25, 2012
Fantastic location, clean and helpful staff. However, the standard of our room was dreadful. Hardly enough room to swing a cat. Very limited clothes space. Decor and furnishings were shabby. Bathroom had very limited space for toiletries, No shower curtain and no hook to put the shower head on, hence bathroom floor was a lake. Would have liked the opportunity to have a kettle in the room for late night/early morning tea or coffee. Public areas was a room of two halves. Wi-fi area decor was pleasant, but the bar area was not.
