Trip to Nice, France

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff, the quite, nice size rooms, and extremely comfortable bed. Thomas the bar tender was very good and friendly.
Cons: The bar area could use a little more staff at times.
Location: Take in the good food at the various restaurants. Take the train to Monaco. The train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel/airport shuttle driver was very personable. He knew our names and explained how the shuttle service worked for our return trip. When we got to the hotel he took our bags in and then checked us in. He explained everything we needed to know. Also, signed us up for the shuttle service to and from the hotel to the GP Formula 1 race in Monaco. The bed was the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the room was quite, You would never know you were close to the airport. I never heard any traffic or planes during our entire 4 night stay.

Great layover hotel

Posted May 24, 2015
Cons: Kid play area needs improving.
We spent two nights here before flying home. Great breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get to both Nice Airport and Downtown. We checked in late on our arrival day and ordered room service that was both good and a good value. There is a park next to the hotel for kids -3 Euro entry - worth visiting. The only negative is the hotel's advertised kid play area; it is both tired and small. The interactive table is great but doesn't work at this hotel compared to other Novotels we've stayed at. Over all this is a great hotel if you are flying in or out of Nice and need a comfortable place with some amenities for a night or two.

Hotel is close to the airport.

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: The shuttle to the airport was very handy. The room was well set up with a refrigerator.
Location: Nothing much nearby. The eatery's nearby opened for lunch and the neighborhood in walking distance was not very nice.
The breakfast buffet was very nice. Our only negative comment is that the room with the toilet had a dirty floor.

Qualité irréprochable

Posted May 21, 2015

Convenient location, spacious room, but disappoint

Posted May 8, 2015
Pros: Rooms are spacious
Cons: Staff attitude
Location: nice beach
We weren't aware of the different service window of breakfast for a weekday against weekend. On a weekday when we go for the breakfast buffet at 10:00, the waitress welcome us as usual, but only in about 15 minutes the staff had took away most of the food without any notification. When we checked with the servicing staff, they bluntly said breakfast closed at 10:00, and its posted "everywhere". This makes us so embarrass!

Close to airport

An easy walk to the airport, even closer to the Parc Phoenix botanical garden and excellent small museum of Asian art, free admission. There is free wireless and shuttle service to airport and city buses to old Nice.

Weekend in Nice

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: The position of the hotel, the accommodation and the staff were very good.
Cons: The hotel had free wifi, but this was a very weak signal.
Location: Almost next door to the hotel was the Parc Phoenix which is a lovely place to spent a couple of hours. Cannes was a 30 minute bus journey away.
The hotel is a short walk from the airport and accessible to a number of buses which go to the city centre. The breakfast is a little pricey at 16 euros. We had lunch at the hotel and the food was very good. The cost of the lunch and drinks was slightly less expensive than in the centre. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was no noise at night. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and shared jokes with us and they went out of their way to make our weekend as good as possible.

informale ma pulito . personale gentile e efficent

Posted May 5, 2015
Location: NON E' VICINO AL CENTRO MA FACILMENTE RAGGIUNGIBILE IN AUTO.
Ideale per week end e come base d'appoggio per spostamenti sui paesi vicini.
