Convenient and comfortablePosted Nov 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great for an overnight stay before catching an early-morning flight. The 24-hour shuttle service is invaluable.

Clean, comfortable with easy access to airportPosted Nov 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is an ideal hotel for travelers who need to be close to the airport. Very helpful staff. Reliable shuttle to airport. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped room. The quality of food at both dinner and breakfast was good although I would not recommend their "American" coffee - go for the espresso from the machine instead. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros: It had a bed and we needed a few hours of sleep before catching our flight.
Cons: The shower.
Location: Can't say.
We arrived at the hotel after midnite tried to take a shower was very disappointed the shower would not drain I was standing in a pool of dirty water. The staff was brutal, exceptionally rude even for france.

Stay near airportPosted Oct 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Walking distance from Nice T1, free T2/T1 bus also stops within 100 meters. Hotel OK, no coffee etc in room though and vending machine drinks expensive. Buffet breakfast OK for eur10. Fine for one night, not much around if staying longer would need travel, train station is walkable and around 1 mile away.

Unpleasant hotel experience near airport.Posted Oct 15, 2013
The staff were rude. I was given a twin bed. Elevators were to small to handle the large tour groups . I was unable to board them and ended up climbing 5 flights of stairs on foot, including the final trip down, carrying my luggage. I really disliked the place and told local friends: AVOID IT!!!!

Great Location, Easy to Find.Posted Sep 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
I liked its location from the airport - perfect for our two night stay. The purpose of the visit was to see the boatshow in Monaco, and staying so near the airport and Nice Augustine Gare, it was perfect for us. You can see the hotel as you exit the airport, and is only a 5 minute walk. There is a shuttle service to the hotel, which is every half hour, on the half or hour most of the day. But I wouldn't bother with it unless you have loads of bags as it's quicker to walk. I personally wouldn't bother eating at the hotel as it's far too expensive - €15 a for a cheeseburger - come on!!! That's more expensive then Monaco and London!!! The vending machines are far too expensive at €4 for a can of coke. My dad I went for a buffet dinner and breakfast at a neighbouring hotel called the Campanile (next to the Novotel), which was the same price as a cheeseburger!! And their vending machines were cheaper. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room (not that it bothered me), only 1 extra pillow, and no soaps/shampoos in the bathroom. The shower controls were in bad condition. If they got their food and vending machine prices right, included better amenities in the room, and better Wi-Fi (very slow at times), it would be a great hotel. The pool was also very clean, but felt it was very overlooked by the pool bar, and staff.

Splendid hotel, overlooking the airport runway!Posted Sep 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great hotel, fantastic beds and bathrooms. Excellent restaurant overlooking pool.. Friendly and obliging staff. .Free shuttle bus in 5 km radius, including the airport opposite. Rear rooms have a great view over the runway to the sea.

In need of repairPosted Sep 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were friendly and willing to speak English, they were pretty much the only good thing. The room had a lot of issues. The safe didn't lock, and even if it did the screw half screwed into the door as a handle didn't instil confidence. The towel rail was about to fall off. Resealing of the shower recess had resulted in black mould appearance in the multiple seams. The recent paint job was probably done by the lowest tenderer.

This is Not a 4 Star Hotel!Posted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: There is very little to like. The staff were helpful and really tried their best.
Cons: Apart from redesigning the hotel, apply an honest rating and advertise it as it really is - a 2 star hotel!
Location: Handy location for airport.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It is unbelievable that the hotel has been given a 4 star rating. I have stayed at 2 star rated Logis that have more facilities. I have stayed at other Park Inns with more facilities. The room itself was clean but lacked a wardrobe - you do not expect coat hangars hanging on a wall in a 4 star hotel! No soap, shower gel, no tea/coffee making facilities, no minibar! Not 4 star!
