Nice hotel

Good hotel, location towards the end of the prom a little bit annoying as it means a taxi ride back from the old town at night, the Terrence and pool are lovely with great views that would be a plane spotters dream ( the planes don't effect the hotel though) concierge were helpful and their restaurant recommendations were spot on

Hotel good with excellent facilities

Pros: Very good all round hotel,staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Hotel had all the facilities we needed.
Location: Perfect location for seeing the area.
Good centre for Nice old town easy 5 min bus ride from outside hotel.We went on an organised tour of Anibes,St Paul ,Eze and Monaco really enjoyed tour.Also used the train ,to visit Menton ,easy to travel around. Food in the Old Town of Nice was excellent.We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the ease to travel around.

Location: Not in a walking distance from city centre, very noisy
Far away from city centre, the taxis in Nice are very expensive and the buses not too often Not recommended Impossible to take any information from the staff

Cons: Restaurangens mat var intetsägande Åt två gånger Bra råvaror men smakade inget Tog pilgrimsmusslor en dag, de var överstekta och smaklösa Service bra
Location: Bra läge, promenad in till Nice, till gamla stan, till hamnen, Buss kostar 1,5 Euro till Cannes Grasse troligen Monaco mm Mycket fint att göra
Bra inchekning, bra rum, bra service Vackert läge Vi hade balkong mot havet Lite långt från centrum men det gav vackra promenader Utmärkta kommunikationer, bussar, tåg till St Paul de Vence, Cannes och Monaco. Bussarna stannar utanför hotellet På eftermiddagarna efter våra utflykter gick vi upp till takpoolen och solade Där serverades drinkar och lite mat för den som ville Badrockar och tofflor till alla Helheten jättebra. Enda missräkningen var maten i restaurangen. Åt där två gånger, och ångrade oss. Bra råvaror men smakade absolut ingenting. Inte ens om vi kryddade. Men det viktiga var hotellet, servicen, läget och att vi hade väldigt trevligt i Nice

Quite a distance from Central nice but excellent cheap bus service. Excellent hotel, staff and food. On a busy road but well sound proofed

really bad location and rude staff

Pros: clean rooms
Cons: hospitality
Location: location is very inconvenient
incredibly disappointed with the rude staff -- they do not greet you in the mornings and the concierge does absolutely nothing to help you plan your trip. the location is also VERY inconvenient and far from downtown (they say it takes only 20 minutes by bus, but the bus service is incredibly unreliable). i would not recommend.

Don't stay here unless...

Location: Many restaurants near by to choose from.
We arrived from the U.S. at 12:30 P.M. after a 14 hour trip. Being in our seventies, we were ready for a bed. It states clearly on our confirmation that check in begins at 3:00. The desk clerk checked and told us our room was not ready and to check back at 3:00. We went for a walk and returned at 2:10. We checked and our room was still not ready. Being tired, we waited in the lobby. A few minutes later a flight crew arrived and over twenty members checked in in short order. A bit later, a guest waiting for their room threw a fit in the lobby and got a room immediately. That, not being our style, we waited until 2:50 and tried again. Still no room, we waited paientely until exactly 3:00. Our room was still not ready, so they moved us to a clean room. At no time did they offer us a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. Unless you can arrange for your flight to arrive at 3:00, I would find another Hotel. It hurts me to say that because we have used this chain in other countries and found them to be great.

Pros: Dachterasse mit Pool und Bar mit schöner Aussicht
Cons: der Fußboden im Bad wackelte ( Untergrund gebrochen) eine Serviceergänzung wäre,wenn man dort ein Tages-oder Wochenticket für den Bus kaufen könnte
Location: zentrale Lage an der Promenade Anglais, schön zum Spaziergang in die Stadt, gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Flughafen
reger Autoverkehr daher Zimmer in oberer Etage wählen, schöner Blick vom Balkon auf Meer und Nizza

Fantastic mini break in Nice

Chose Business room to get balcony and sea view, towelling robe etc. Well worth it. Stunning view. Long walk to old town but if not in the mood for stroll plenty of buses during the day to 9pm only Euro 1.50 and a night bus stops at back of hotel too. Got very easy bus from/to airport as well. Only 5-10 mins. Half cost of taxi for 2 of us. Staff very welcoming and humorous. Roof top pool and bar great fun. Enormous spread for buffet breakfast available. Would go back again without hesitation. Sea and sky were SO blue! The old town is fantastic for restaurants and cafes and the shopping was great. Huge promenade - ultimate strolling destination!
