Conveniently located studio accommodationPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Studio preferable as more spacious than conventional hotel room.
Cons: Provide easy chairs, brighter main lighting, repair broken draining board and kitchen waste bin.
Location: Beach, town centre, shops and restaurants. Bus services and train station for visiting the area.
Generally comfortable. Some equipment tired or damaged. Lighting dim, and no easy chairs (3 divan beds only apart from chairs for table). Wifi available for use only on one device per room.

Good location, run out conditionPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Quiet and well located
Cons: Renovation of interiors
Location: Beach in 10 min walk, grocery shopping in 5 min walk, cloth shopping in 15 min walk.
Nicely located apartment hotel within walking distance to everything. However, it's not 3*, it's barely 2* or even lower. External look is nice, but the condition of interiors are the worst I saw in 3* hotels. Sorry, but the furniture, mattresses, kitchen counters and carpets should be in better condition or changed.

TerriblePosted Sep 27, 2013
Reception area was good and gave a decent impression about the hotel - also the only place where you get wifi (and you only get access code for ONE device - emphasized a few times by the reception) It went downhill quickly as soon as we got to the room - the room was big (an apartment) but there were stains on the carpet, couch was ripped, and HOLES in the bedroom walls. No shelving in the bathroom so toiletries and bath towels were put for us right on the sink... Terrible room and I can not believe this is allowed to be rented out and this residence is rated 3 stars... I will definitely not use unpublished rate bookings through expedia again as they do not tell you if you end up in a residence or hotel (residences require you to take your own garbage out and do not clean your room... not so good if you're on a business trip or romantic getaway)

NO A/CPosted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: Close to downtown and the beach
Cons: NO A/C
Location: Close to everything in town
No A/C and it should be more in the view when the reservation is made.espacially for the summer months...really hot no one got more than 2 hours of sleep since there is noise all the night thru in the street because we had to leave the windows open in order to get some air.

Excellent area and close to boulevardPosted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great room, spacy enough, overlooking a beautiful court, staff very friendly, lovely garden terrace, and everything interesting within Nice in walking distance, maximum distance would have been 30 minutes to the old town. Whole coastline is beautiful.

Basic but pleasantPosted May 27, 2013
Pros: The huge balcony in our room
Cons: Shabby kitchen fittings
Location: A short walk from the promenade and beach and about 20 mins from the town centre.
The staff were pleasant and helpful and we had a clean and spacious apartment with a huge south-facing balcony. The fittings were a bit shabby with one cupboard door nearly off its hinges, which kept getting trapped in the fridge door. The beds were comfortable with plenty of spare pillows and blankets but the sofa had no arms which wasn't entirely comfortable. Plus we couldn't find any cutlery for a while and eventually located it in the dishwasher! An inventory would have been helpful. On the whole, a pleasant if basic stay.
