Pros: Convenient shuttle to airport.
Cons: Clean the rooms
We stayed for two nights, and the maid never made up our room. We had to ask for clean towels.

Great Value, Comfortable Room

This woul be perfect for a last night stay for either a couple with plenty of space for a small family. Easy access and free shuttle to Nice airport and great bilingual staff! Breakfast is nice and there is a pretty good Italian restaurant right outside.

Had a fantastic stay. Hotel wonderful.

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Had a family room and very spacious and no noise from nearby airport or other guests. Excellently kept clean and staff could not do enough to help.
Cons: Was excellent
Location: Train and centre of Niece nearby. Animal park next door was worth a visit.
Booked last minute but amazing service from hotel collected and dropped of at airport and kept bags as flight didn't leave till night. Just across the road from train station and were able to easily travel to Italy and into centre. If we had a longer stay would have gone to Switzerland. Gym in hotel 1st class

No restaurant

It's somewhat okay, I'd rather stay in the closer to the airport.

Excellent hotel

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Constant cleaning of public areas of the hotel, the room, breakfast, pool, superb staff, airport shuttle bus and location to public transport
Cons: Possibly the provision of providing optional dinner at night in conjunction with the IBIS hotel
Location: Park Phoenix and Musee des arts asiatiques. St Augustine railway station for trains to Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo 9 & 10 Bus stop for Nice Port
Stayed seven nights and had an amazing experience which contributed to a fabulous holiday. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with double and single bed and pull out bed, microwave, fridge, kettle, bath and separate shower cubicle. Breakfast buffet with plenty choices. Great swimming pool ( more adult friendly due to depth of water and refreshingly cold temperature) with superb sun beds and umbrellas. All staff very efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Located very close to St Augustine railway station for trains to Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo and also close to the 9 & 10 bus stop for buses to Nice port. Highly recommended

Really good hotel

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel was the best I have seen even and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. 5 mins from the airport.
Cons: Eating facilities within the hotel, bigger pool.
Location: There was nothing to do without a bus ride around the hotel.
This is a really good hotel, but really lacking in facilities like eating, there is a restaurant just next to the hotel pool area, which was ok not great, no French fries and minimal menu. The hotel was spotless cleaned every day, it is a bit away from the beach, so you have to take a bus, not much to offer as a location, again a bus ride to the super market.

Excellent value

Just spent a week here and was very impressed. Staff couldn't do enough to help, excellent free on-demand video selection in various languages, and nice touches such as free biscuits.

Airport stopover

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Stayed for one night - booked on the basis of cost and airport access but we were very pleasantly surprised! Shuttle to and from the airport was easy to organise and very efficient, check in was easy, staff were very pleasant and the room was great (large, clean, comfortable, great beds and fab bathroom). Also had the extra benefits of a pool and free wifi. Only downside, if you want more than a stopover, is the proximity to local amenities and the reliance on vending machines for food.

Good as a quick stop over

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: The room was big enough for two adults and two children.
Cons: Staff being more vigilant
Location: There wasn't a wide range of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and was told that a taxi to the main part of Nice was €30.
Hotel was ok for the money and did what it needed to. Wouldn't recommend the pool to families with young children as there wasn't a shallow end and it was freezing (this was late afternoon). Whilst we were there and checking out a lady had her Prada bag stolen whilst she went to get her breakfast so I wouldn't leave anything unattended.

Requested a non smoking room but could smell it in the room. Location is far from city, the room was big compare to Europe 's hotels
