“Great hotel for the price”

I'd read a lot of bad reviews on this hotel so I was a bit worried about staying there, but was pleasantly suprised and I'd definitely stay there again. It was a great location for the beach. About a half hour walk from the Old Town, but there are buses that cost 1 euro. The room was fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but fine for a few days. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings, but I'm a really light sleeper and a pair of ear plugs sorted that out anyway. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

“A lovely place to stay”

A most enjoyable stay. Excellent position for the beach, town and railway. All within easy walking distance. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.We will definately stay here again when we next go to Nice.

“Great Stay at Villa Rivoli”

Our room was quaint and charming. The hotel had a cute breakfast lounge room and a nice enclosed back patio/court. The Hotel staff at Villa Rivoli was very kind, helpful and informational. The hotel had a very convenient location, just a few blocks from the beach, Promenade des Anglais, shopping and restaurants on Rue de France, and also near the train station. I would recommend this hotel! Great on a budget.

“Excellent location”

The best feature of this hotel is its location - only a short walk (two blocks) from the world-famous Promenade des Anglais. You are also within walking distance to a beautiful museum and garden and a pedestrian street with its variety of restaurants and boutiques. Our room was small but very clean and cosy, the staff attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Nice!

“Great Location, Service, Value”

This is a great value for Nice. It's centrally located close to the beach and the old town. There's a great park nearby, and lots of businesses. Our room was always cool even though it was boiling outside. We kept the window open and let the breeze in. Everything was extremely clean and well looked-after. The high ceilings, large armoire, long curtains, and Provencal bedspread gave the room a homey, country feeling; an authentic experience. The salon is a great place to hang out and escape the heat, and the breakfast is in the garden. Decent breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and they all speak english. We also met the new owner, and she introduced us to her family and was very cordial. A very comfortable hotel for its size.

Nice hotel with in a close distance to good places to eat and very convenient to walk to the ocean front.

Excellent place to stay, central location just off the Promenade des Anglais and a really nice little hotel. The recently redecorated room was very tastefully done. Friendly service and great value for money.
