I happened onto the Corner House while searching for a place to stay during a trip for a funeral, and I am so glad I did. It met and exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. The house was extremely convenient and clean (the only problem was a couple of small stains were on the carpet in my room). There were three rooms, very large bathrooms (one room required walking across the hall for the bath, but the others were in the rooms themselves), refrigerators in each room, and a quiet neighborhood. The family style breakfast was timed to meet the needs of the guests, and came with "entertainment" as the proprietor shared her excellent story-telling abilities with us.

Older home. Nice. Karen is a great Inn Keeper. She has some great stories to tell. Just like home. My room was small, check out some of her other properties.

This townhouse was literally like staying at home. There was even a nice comforter on the living room couch! Could have used a coffee table though. No place to set a drink or snack while in that room. Right off the main drag with shopping for food, etc. nearby. Highly recommended.
