A good choice to break a journey
We only stopped long enough to break a long drive. Although we arrived just before 10pm the staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean and air conditioned. The only minor issue was me nearly falling over the bulky tap/shower combo in the over bath shower. The room was quiet, and the curtains were good at blocking out the light so along with a nice bed we slept very well. The buffet breakfast was excellent the coffee was good and plentiful. A good choice.

We use this hotel as an overnight stop between Europoort and the Dolomites. All the facilities are excellent. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the return leg of the journey as the outside temperature was 35 degrees. The only problem at present is accessing the hotel from the nearby autobahn because of roadworks. Approaching from the North, our satnav did not recognise that the normal exit was closed which caused some consternation!

We used this as on overnight stop on the journey to the Dolomites and on the return journey. The room was the most comfortable and well appointed that we stayed in all holiday it is situated close to the A7 but road noise is not a problem. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was not available for dinner on the return journey. However the Hotel Krone 500 meters walk away lived up to the receptionist’s recommendation. It also allowed us to see a little of Niefern. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the return journey.

A last minute stop for us while traveling for business. Check-in was very easy and there is plenty of parking in the lot. Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel was in good condition. There is a bar and restaurant attached to get a refreshment or meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a restful stop.

The staff at the restaurant were great. The lady who welcomed me upon my arrival was very very nice. Great hote!! The only issue is that the restaurant is not always open.

Another great stay at Queens, pforzheim. Extremely clean and Covid proof. The restaurant continues to serve first class steaks which are a delight with a few beers.

Clean but dated hotel. Poor service in bar. Some other customers asked me if the bar was open but the girls were just talking in the reception office. Unexpected additional costs on bill made this a poor value for money hotel.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay have stayed there several times before and never been disappointed . This trip we had a newly refurbished room with air conditioning great for the hot weather now having. Good nights sleep with coffee supplied. Thought that 3 Euros was a bit steep for a bottle of water from the mini bar but it was our choice to drink it.

The only complaint I had was all of the flies on the buffet food. The windows were all open due to heat and no screens in windows. It was not appetizing to see a large number of flies landing on the food.

The last time I stayed in this hotel I was in the newer part of the hotel,this time however I was in the older part which is not nearly as nice or as comfortable as the new rooms. This did not take away from the fact that the staff in this hotel are all excellent.

Very friendly staff, almost everyone is bilingual (English/German). The rooms in the new addition have AC, sadly not the ground floor restaurants; this is usually not an issue, unless you happen to stay there during a heatwave. Beds are firm and comfortable, the rooms are quiet despite the fact that many face a very busy Bundesstrasse. We never even heard any of the neighbors either. Excellent food in the restaurant, the breakfast buffet, albeit for a surcharge of Euro 10 per person is very good: multiple kinds of fresh bread, rolls, and croissants, a plethora of cold cuts, salmon and cheeses, many different kinds of jams and preserves, at least six different juices, six different kinds of cereals, two yoghurt varieties, fresh muesli on the weekend, and assorted fresh fruits and vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 night stay here and will book this hotel again when we are traveling to this area.

Great place for business travelers
At the time of my stay (April 2014) the hotel was under construction. There was some noise, there were some unfinished areas and the restaurant was in a provisional setting. That aside, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and functional, and the hotel is in close proximity to A8 which makes it convenient to get to. It's far enough away from A8 to mute the noise, too. The quality of food and drinks at the hotel restaurant was very good and prices were reasonable. Definitely great value for the price.

Facilities were clean but tired, staff friendly. Excellent breakfast, well worth the 10 euro/person. dinner was ok (very late) but not exceptional. staff really polite (thanks!), Lots of parking (free) did not try (too tired) internet but that too was free. Price was competitive and overall good value for money. Quiet, despite the traffic the room on the second floor was very quiet.

Schönes Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen im Freien. Die Zimmer - im Stammhaus (Altbau) - sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne (sehr hoher Einstieg) und Duschvorhang entspricht nicht mehr dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels.
