"Everyone should experience this hotel at least 1x"
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is by far the finest hotel experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in other luxury hotels elsewhere in the world). My praise extends to the room, which is packed with amenities both big and small that make you feel like a king/queen. As an example, the curtains that go up/down at a touch of a button (located at your bedside) that open onto your stunning view of Tokyo (awesome day and especially night). My praise also extends to the staff who are so attentive and friendly. Regardless of their designated title, they helped respond to my requests quickly and eagerly. They welcomed me when I came back to the hotel and wished me a good day as I departed. The staff truly cared about me and what I wanted. The Cantonese restaurant had tasty food (even the tea menu was amazing), and the staff were just as attentive and caring. This was truly an amazing experience. That's why I titled the review as everyone should experience this hotel at least once. Chances are, though, that you'll want to experience it many times after that.

"Nice view from a corner king room. "
We had a corner king room. Very spacious and great view of the City and Sky Tree. Hotel is within walking distance of the Imperial Palace, Ginza, and Yurakucho and the Izakaya under the train tracks. Also, the hotel is right next to Tokyo Station so easy to get to and from the airport via the Narita Express.

"Great staff!"
Our family stayed for 3 nights in two rooms - each with 2 twin beds. I booked very late (one week in advance) otherwise there are rooms that could have housed us all (2 kids ages 12 and 8 and 2 adults). Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful, and found two adjoining rooms for us. Kids allowed into the pool (though not allowed a bunch of horseplay), and also into the jacuzzi/sauna areas within the men's or women's locker room (but it's naked, so be prepared if you're Westerners like us!). Cons: Rooms were a bit tight even though we were on the Executive Level. I imagine they may be large by Japanese standards, but I chose Executive rooms for two reasons - slightly larger rooms and also free access to pool/fitness room and breakfasts in the mornings. Unfortunately, the breakfast and pool were NOT free for our children. We had to pay for them each time. Either I didn't understand that when booking or it's not very clear on Expedia/hotel's website. Breakfast was very good - 20th floor, great views, western and Japanese choices, hot and cold foods. Concierge was helpful and attentive, and they had an excellent map with nearby restaurant options. The vibe of the hotel is more suited towards business people, but my kids didn't feel out of place. The decor is also a bit opulent/frilly vs modern/clean lines, but it was nice (just not my style). Overall a good experience once I got over the fact that pool and breakfast were not free for the kids (they did get a reduced rate).

"Great location, excellent choice"
I spent 3 nights at the hotel and extremely happy with the experience. The location is close to the Tokyo station and could not have easier access to so many facilities. The rooms are small but well laid out and usable. Very clean, nice furniture and facilities. The staff was very helpful. Only area of improvement would be dining - I am vegetarian and could not find many choices in the hotel. But there are many choices close in the Marunouchi area and in the Tokyo station.

"Cozy hotel close to two subway lines"
The staff at the hotel are very professional and nice. Greet us with warm smile and have the willingness to help with everything. Tho the room is quite crowed for 2 ppl and 2 luggages , the hotel is at a great location with 2 train lines nearby. Also, there are couple 24 hours store and restaurants around.

Pocket Guide: Nihonbashi, Tokyo Ski Hotels

Just north of Ginza, this financial area was named after its bridge, which has been the mile-zero marker for Japan’s national highway network throughout the centuries. Once home to Japan’s first department store, the neighborhood’s more recent contribution to the retail market is a five-story center devoted to shops, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket.
