“good to sleep "just sleep"”

I just slept here, but it is not the kind of hotel you should stay in Chicago.

“Pay more for another hotel...”

Don't be fooled by the location or the price of this hotel... you are getting exactly what you pay for, maybe even less! We made reservations for 2 nights at this hotel because it was near by to my daughter's house for our granddaughter's baptism. If we could have gotten out of the reservation after the first night without penalty, we would have left and found another more expensive hotel. The hotel was very run down and it took more than 10 minutes to get any hot water in the shower. And although the room looked as though it had been vacuumed, it didn't seem clean... either because of the age of the decor and bedding, or because it actually wasn't clean *ick*... I tried not to think too much about it while I was there but I sanitary washed everything once I got home.

“Not Impressed”

It was a motel not hotel. The water didn't drain well in the bathtub. The pillowcases had a slight stain. There was NO remote for the television. The ice machine didn't work. Continental breakfast was awful and cut short by a couple hours. The only positive things were that the wireless internet worked well and my request for a room with a microwave and refrigerator were met.

“meh”

The non-smoking room we booked smelled like smoke, and the bathtub/shower had a lot of nasty residue. The bolt on the door looked like it was going to fall off as well. However, for a cheap place to stay overnight, this place works well. Functioned for a weekend chess tournament. Comfy beds....

“The worst place that I have had.”

I was the clerk that was not friendly from the entrance point. The non smoking room was filled with smoking smell and the bathtub was broken. I asked to change the room and the clerk said that no available room that cannot smell smoking. What are they maintaining?
