Small, quiet, new, cleanPosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year, when I am in town visiting family. It is new (about 2 years old?), small, clean and quiet. Recommended if that's what you're looking for.

Nice placePosted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: It is new, clean, and attractive with friendly staff., and reasonably priced.
Cons: No problems.
Location: This hotel is just outside Niles, MI. Near resturants, Lowe's Home Improvement Center, and WalMart.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or about our stay. Unfortunately we arrived just before severe weather hit the area and our hotel lost power. The staff could not have been nicer, but we had to find another hotel with power. We were completely happy with the hotel before the power went out. This hotel is new, nicely furnished, and close to resturants and shopping.

Pros: Loved the pancaked machine. My daughter really loved it!
Location: Fairly convenient to Notre Dame. Only about a 15 minute drive.
Nice, clean, new hotel. Appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows.

Nice and Clean...but stay on the top floor...Posted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Free hot/nice breakfast, Bath and Body Works toiletries, frig. in my room along with coffeemaker, iron, etc.
Cons: Thicker ceilings, although I suppose that is a "done deal".
Horribly thin ceilings and a presumably obese insomniac above me for 2 nights was not a good mix. Even with earplugs I could "hear" the vibrations of him/her stomping above me at 2 a.m....3 a.m....4 a.m.... Will need to stay again for business in the area, but will def. request top floor so I can actually sleep. Otherwise...breakfast is nice, hotel is very clean and otherwise comfy!

Ok from what we wanted.Posted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: location, cleanliness, breakfast
Cons: make the in room lighting more consistent and uniform
Location: There is very little to walk to near by. A drive of around 3 miles is require to get to a more bustling area. WalMart is right there though.
Desk Attendants are very knowledgeable and efficient. Breakfast was fine, hot food especially. Room was clean and bed was ok, but it was hard to get a steady temperature. Also, some of the light bulbs were of a strange style that gave off an unnatural color of light.
