Niles does not like their customers!

Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!
Location: I came to the area to go to a pro motocross race that I attend every year. It was a great location for access to the track. Close to South Bend.
The hotel refused to honor my confirmed reservation for a 2 queen bed room. The clerk lied to me and told me that Expedia had booked a king room for me. I called Expedia to get this resolved. The person I spoke with was polite and professional. She called the hotel and verified that Expedia had booked the proper room. When she returned to me she told me that even though I had confirmed reservation that the clerk refused to honor it and that there were queen rooms available at that time. They offered to refund my money or place me in another property. I declined since this was not a problem with Expedia. Later that evening, while I was returning to the hotel, I overheard the clerk complaining about me to another employee. Seriously, how dare I ask for the room I booked. To be fair, it was a nice clean hotel. I do not recommend it based on their very poor customer service.

Cons: I wish they would have had laundry facilities on site. It would be nice if they had bottled water available like they had coffee available 24/7.
Location: Easy to get to, not too crowded, yet not remote either.
Very comfortable. Easy access, Quiet, clean and staff very nice. Slightly more than we wanted to pay...

Good hotel to visit family

Pros: Cleanliness ,nice staff always asking if everything is ok,asking for opinion
Cons: Need to change coffee brand it was like water
It was just one night stay but overall it's a nice, clean, friendly staff

The walking surface around the pool was VERY slippery as was the parking lot. under the portico. I also had looked at the website prior to coming to see if there was a pool and there was no mention of it.

We are terribly sorry you encountered these issues with our hotel while here in Niles. We have addressed the issues with the parking lot and pool area. Unfortunately we have just come out from a terrible snow storm that hit the entire Midwest area. We did try our best to keep up with the weather conditions. I did verify that our hotel information is correct on hotels.com website. I verfied that our pool picture was there and in the description of hotel amentities that our pool is mentioned. Great place to stay in Niles

Clean, tasteful, comfortable place to stay for our family. Friendly and accommodating staff as well. Indoor pool was a little cool but our kids still enjoyed.

Small, quiet, new, clean

I stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year, when I am in town visiting family. It is new (about 2 years old?), small, clean and quiet. Recommended if that's what you're looking for.

Great hotel close to Norte Dame

Pros: soft beds
Cons: Need hot tub and to warmer pool
Location: okay location
Stayed here for the game and was reasonably priced for game weekend. The beds where soft and it was a great stay.

Nice place

Pros: It is new, clean, and attractive with friendly staff., and reasonably priced.
Cons: No problems.
Location: This hotel is just outside Niles, MI. Near resturants, Lowe's Home Improvement Center, and WalMart.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or about our stay. Unfortunately we arrived just before severe weather hit the area and our hotel lost power. The staff could not have been nicer, but we had to find another hotel with power. We were completely happy with the hotel before the power went out. This hotel is new, nicely furnished, and close to resturants and shopping.
