“Average hotel, horrible service”
The hotel itself is pretty average. It was reasonably clean, and the rooms were comfortable. What really sucked was the service. The day after Thanksgiving the cleaning staff started at 7am knocking at every single door yelling "room service" down the hall. When asked to come back later they did the same thing again at 7:15am, 7:30am and so on. They clearly wanted to clean the rooms early and guests were in their way. When I told the front desk about this they were dismissive and said people should have put up the "do not disturb" signs. Lousy service. I will avoid this place like the plague.
“Great place to stay for concert.”
Went to a concert at Verizon wireless. This hotel is very close and easy to get to and from. Has an Applebee's with in walking distance and a gas station. I will make this my hotel of choice from now on when seeing a concert. The room was clean and modern and the hotel was well kept. Staff was friendly.
“Good Stay”
We needed a hotel near our meeting place. Our room here was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was typical when staying at similar hotels - not fancy but adequate. Overall a good value for the money.
“Just Alright”
I was greately disapointed that there was no children's pool as stated in the review. It was one of the reasons that we chose it over any others. The hotel was alright, but not up to the standards that we have seen from other Marriot hotels.
