Not worth the New York city pricesPosted Nov 21, 2013
Pros: It is in a beautiful setting with the mountain views.
Cons: Need to remodel all the rooms
Old posada room- not remodeled- smelled heavily of disinfectant- they were trying to mask the old smell. No dressers in room, only 2 hangers, the refridge was in the bathroom, the tv was very small tube type which could only be seen from one of the beds, very small shower, not quaint like I've been told. I complained to the front desk, they did move me to a remodeled room but it did not have 2 beds, only king size bed. They have limited rooms with 2 beds.I stayed 2 nights and feel it was not worth the fee.

Amazingly beautiful Golf Resort & Spa!Posted Aug 22, 2013
Everyone was very polite and courteous throughout the Resort - from restaurant wait staff to landscapers. We swam in the pool, used the 18-hole golf course, and walked around the grounds daily. We visited the Titan II Missile Exhibit, the Tumacacori Mission, Nogales (on the AZ. side) and Tubac's Center of restaurants, boutiques and galleries - everything from jewelry, artwork, to pottery and outdoor landscaping decorations. Even enjoyed walking to the Mercado and having a flavored coffee every morning. Can hardly wait to go back!!

very peacefulPosted Jun 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very peaceful place to stay. Over all the staff was frienldy. The staff at the spa was great & employees seemed to love their job. When I went to registration on the 2nd day to ask about the other types of rooms or haciendas it was not very fourthcoming. I felt I had to ask very specific questions in order to get the scoop about the place & what it offered. It wasn't until the last day that a young man offered to give my husband a copy discribing the different rooms. We ate at the Stables Restaurant 3 times and the food was excellent every time.

Beautiful settingPosted May 14, 2013
Pros: The setting
Cons: Maintenance and service
Location: Tubac is a quaint village and artist colony. Golf course is beautiful.
Although the setting and facilities are beautiful, the place is understaffed and the staff is poorly trained and managed. Facilities are in disrepair, service is slow or poorly co-ordinated. Restaurant reservations were ignored, faucets in room didn't work and golf facilities were understaffed.

Probably won't come back.Posted Apr 20, 2013
Pros: Beautiful landscaping.
Cons: Food and comfort.
Location: Nice location.
Need comfortable easy chairs or a recliner of sorts. It would also be helpful to have a microwave. We don't eat much of the food local restaurants serve.
