Good for short Business Trip

Pros: With affordable price, generally satisfying
Location: Good for short business trips, walk from public transport during odd hours appears unsafe
Pleasing staff, generally clean, good breakfast but ageing structure and furnishings not giving you the liesure and luxury you expect during holidays

convenient location

Pros: clean, helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast
Cons: cooling system. Better directions from the underground to the hotel for those who have not visited this hotel.
Location: 3 minutes walking distance to the underground. Carfour is nearby & cafes and shops in the shopping mall. Close to Eurodisney & Paris
The directions given by the hotel staff was quite complicated even to the locals. We managed to meet a nice French lady who had to take us to the local hospital to ask for direction. We discovered the hotel is located opposite Carfour supermarket which you walk through to get to the underground. From the underground, you take the exit for commercial center. Room is pleasant, beds comfortable & clean. However we have to ask for extra towel and tea/coffee as there were 3 of us in the room - 2 adults & 1 child. I would have expected the hotel staff to have all these arranged prior to our arrival. The room was uncomfortably hot- no facility to turn on the air cooling system & we had the window open for the 3 nights we were there & since the room faces the main motorway, it was very noisy. The buffet breakfast is good & staff polite and helpful. Overall a pleasant hotel and reasonably priced

Nice hotel and not too far from Disney Land Paris

Pros: This hotel was very comfortable. Our children were relaxed and enjoyed the play area which also had an XBox video game.
Cons: The signage for parking was not very clear, although they were able to accomodate our estate car and trailler
Location: For us the location was perfect, it was just a 15 to 20 minute drive to Disney Land
We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way to South West France and took the opportunity to visit Disney Land Paris. The Staff were very friendly and the decor and facilities were excellent, they even had a swimming pool, which was unexpected but unfortunately it was raining so we didnt get to use it.

Far and No AC or Fan in Summer

Spent 8 nights with no AC and and no fan provided during warm summer nights. Hotel entrance was not desirable. Location and neighborhood were not convenient for tourist. Front desk staff was courteous which made the stay somewhat bearable.

Great location

We little disappointed on Air condition. AC is not effective. Staff is good. Receptionist Jessica guided very well. Special thanks to Jessica. Overall good experience.

bad enough to wish canceling

when I booked I thought that there is climate control in the room but what I have found out it is broken. for 5 days of my stay the climate control is broken and they keep telling me they will fix it or they will give me 2 fans for my 2 rooms today my stay is over and they still not giving me any cooling system and a group of police stayed in the hotel some amount around 50 and they are a bit noisy not to mention the construction in front of the hotel . over all this is one of my worst hotel visit that I have made in Europe

Pros: Close to highway. Breakfast is decent.
Location: There is small mall close by, with limited food selection.
They didn't have a room available. Talked about some technical problem, not clear with what. Desk person worked to get room at another hotel for more than an hour, but with no success. Finally slept in a small dingy room in the adjacent facility. Had to work with them in the morning to get a room ready :-( Manager did makeup by waving another nights fee etc. Otherwise this hotel is a simple business hotel like. The rooms have sofa bed which converts to 2 single beds, which are just OK. Staff other wise in nice and can talk enough English to get things done.

Excellent hotel, nice staff, short walk to train

Enjoyed our stay here. Myself and my daughter found it convenient for both Paris and Disneyland by train. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. No fuss check in and out, recommend very highly, will be back
