The hotel is right off a main road so it was easy to find. The staff was very accommodating since I’d checked in very late and the weather was horrible. The room was huge. It was clean and very inviting.

Just stayed for 1 night. The PM and AM associates were great! Very friendly as well as the Breakfast cook! Very brief stay, but well worth it!

We stayed four nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, despite making three requests. We were four in the room but were only given two towels. However, they did replenish quickly every time we asked. The pool water was so dirty we wouldn't swim. The breakfast was basic and the pancake maker and toaster didn't work. The hotel was centrally located for our needs but it isn't in a great part of town. In fact, a homeless person "lives" on site but he didn't bother us. For security, only the main entrance was accessible after 10p with a room key.

Although the appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality from the staff and of the facility were good. The timeliness in remedying in domestic disputes was not so great. In the past Al of my experiences with this company was great however this past time has made me rethink my decision.

Clean with friendly staff
Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a suite so you had a place to sit and unwind before getting into bed. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices to eat. We didn’t try out the pool but it looked nice.

The manager, Brandon, is such an asset to your company. He has been welcoming since we first arrived. We asked for dining recommendations and he gave us a wide variety of places to consider. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. He answered all questions with a smile. Watching him interact with other guests, they received the same friendly treatment. Hiring Brandon was an excellent business decision.

The first room that I was in had damage to the walls right above the bed. The second room had a moldy odor. This is my first disappointment with a Holiday Inn hotel.

We liked the hotel. The room was clean, roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a separate little living room with a desk which was great. The hotel surroundings were clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay except for the rubbery egg omelet one morning but they had a few other options to choose from. Overall we liked it very much.
