Top hotel very welcoming staffPosted Feb 19, 2015
Lovely hotel, very friendly welcome, great breakfast. A minutes walk to the beach and the town. On street parking but we got parked right outside the hotel no problem.

average-dated decor, room, bed linen, noisy on stairway, can hear room above even the snoring. you need top sheets for hygiene purposes. But good breakfast, good location if you want the town, and good for the price paid.

Pros: The hosts and location
Cons: No improvements needed
Location: Everything close to hand
No problems experienced, everything ran smoothly - breakfast brilliant - hosts very professional. Sea on the door step, road quiet.

This is a typical seaside b&b. The decor is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and the fried breakfast was excellent. I've paid a lot more for a lot less staying elsewhere. The location is ideal for the seafront

Convenient, comfortable and cost effectivePosted Oct 9, 2014 on Hotels
Stayed for 5 nights to explore the Broads. Far cheaper than staying in the Broads. Quiet room on the ground floor, and choice for breakfast from cereals to full English. Parking can be an issue as its in the street so sometimes you find a space by the hotel or down the street. Very reasonable price and great hosts. Would recommend.
