Not our best night awayPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Send the entry code in advance. A manager on site would help possibly to supervise behavior of guests. Replace that saggy single bed.
We were put off from the start by a crowd of youth who were drinking noisily in the carpark and around the hotel entry. However, the room was clean and reasonable so it was ok except for one of the beds which was saggy and uncomfortable.

AVOIDPosted Aug 9, 2013
On arrival at this (well so called hotel) I was greated by water running from an overflow down the side of the building. I was staying in room 4 which was perched in the top of house (attic) to be greetest by what should be described as a staircase that a mountaineer would have trouble climbing and very narrow as well. Getting back to room around 22.00 hrs turned on light switch from bottom of staires to find no lights so having to use light on phone to negotiate the staircase, the light was of a spot x5 bulbs type of which two were missing and 3 blown bulbs, only light we had was a small bedside light of bathroom light. Tv remote no back or batteies either so pointless having tv in room. Car park at rear room for around 6 cars On leaving in morning rubbish bins trash was stroon over car park glass bottles and take away meal cartons everywhere so resulting in me having to clear up before even contemplating driving out at 05.30am I was totally embarrassed to have made my friend stay in this hotel. And had to pay £40 for the pleasure of this experience AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS .

Great for young people who want a cheap place to sPosted Aug 6, 2013
Location: Very quiet location outside of city centre
For the money I dont think I could fault the room in this hotel, the code system is a little confusing but cuts back on costs meaning it can be cheaper, very close to local amenities such as a tesco express, pubs and places to eat. Would definately recommend

"Great for teenagers who plan to party"Posted Aug 5, 2013
Location: Perfect location from the town centre and right outside there were a row of shops.
Perfect for students or teenagers who are visiting to party. Mainly occupied by teenagers, nice spacious rooms! Perfect location as there are shops opposite and along the same road and the town centre is only 1-2 miles away.

It was so bad we didn't stay, just looked at the room. It smelled and the ceiling fan just moved hot air around as there was no other ventilation. The windows were whitewashed out.

Highly disappointing. Please avoidPosted Jul 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Other than the location & local surroundings (I'm guessing this is where the hotel gets its points), this seemed nothing but dirty, student accommodation

Good comfortable room but noisy student guestsPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was very clean and smart, with a big bathroom and comfy beds - score five. However all the other guests seemed to be students, who stayed up talking and laughing until nearly 3 am. It was a warm night and they were drinking and eating crisps on the lawn in front of the hotel and running up and down the stairs and corridors. The room door was thin so we could hear everything and it was impossible to sleep - score zero. Overall score 3 would have been better if earplugs had been provided!

Disgusting & Filthy!Posted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The 'hotel' is terrible, ive stayed in some poor places in my time but this is my worst nightmare! Broken beds, broken furniture, broken doors, bird poo and hair & dust on bedding! Rust on towel rails. There is nobody on site, your given a code to unlock the doors which made me uneased as im unsure if the codes are changed? Had to leave as i was in fear of my safety.
