Best Western Plus Sandcastle Beachfront Hotel

My daughter and I had a fabulous time at the beach. The hotel was clean, nice decor, and excellent staff. Our first day it rained so having an indoor pool was excellent and the pool was spacious and clean. The value of our stay exceeded what I paid for our stay:-)

Super clean and modern. Great indoor pool and gym for rainy beach days. Only complaint is no outdoor pool but if you don't mind breaking rules the neighbors have great pool! Breakfast is full buffet style, could use some healthy options like fruit but great for free. Staff let us park 4 hours before our room was ray so we could go to the pool sand beach. We have stayed here 3 times!

Nice, clean, newly renovated hotel in a great location. Rooms were not huge but adequate. Indoor pool was nice and kept very clean. Included breakfast buffet was a nice addition (and money saver), though the items were the same day after day--I never thought I'd get tired of pancakes and bacon, but I did after the week. Convenience store located in lobby was useful, and also where we rented beach chairs and a family bicycle. Overall a great value, and we'll likely stay here next year!

The room was updated and had a nice inside space. The balcony needed some updating in comparison with how nice the room was. The hotel staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating for mornings that we wanted to sleep in. Only complaint about the hotel itself is that the hallways are very muggy and didn't appear to have A/C and the elevator is pretty slow. I recommend the stairs. The free breakfast was at a buffet style restaurant in the hotel, you have to pay gratuity and the buffet is very minimal.However, Overall great stay.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful 24 hours a day . I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was convientant and the view of ocean was awesome!

All staff from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room could have been a little larger with all the furniture that is in the room it made it tight to get around.

I was a little skeptical of the hotel after reading a few reviews but I could not have been more happy with our stay. I will definitely be using this hotel again. It was super clean. The breakfast was amazing. The view of the ocean was awesome. We used the indoor pool and it was very clean. Could not have been more happy with out stay!

Awful,poor customer service at the front desk at the restaurant that served the daily breakfast.The hotel was noisy all night with loud with other guests staying,couldn't sleep.When we complained to front desk we got no response & basically told to deal with it.We should have known better to stay here just to save a few bucks,unfortunately the hotels we usually stayed at were booked that weekend.We will never stay here again.There is something to be said for paying more money for better service.

We would definetly stay again. We were one day late getting there as we had an ice and snow storm that prevented our flight to take off. We arrived and asked if we could upgrade our room to a King size and they gladly did that for us. The restuarant food was great. Their bar had been only 5 days and the service was great. They offer us a plate of different fish which was awesome and then told us it was on the house. We were out there for a wedding and went back to the bar the next day and they remember us. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Great place and right on the boardwalk and the ocean outside our bedroom window with a deck. We will return and spend more time in the city.

Lovely rooms over looking the ocean. Nice contemporary decor just like in the pictures. Our microwave didn't work but other than that we were very pleased with everything. We didn't bother to get another one while we were there. We had some business needs while there and the office staff was very obliging with things that we couldn't do in their business center. Everyone went out of their way to assist us. We really liked the 2 restaurants and gift shop on the premises and rented one of 2 person bike/carts. It was a little more work than it looked and you couldn't leave them to go into a store or a restaurant. We loved the 24 hr. access to cold and hot beverages in the lobby. The location was great too. We liked everything about this place except it could have been a bit warmer when we were there. lol
