The water was cold all weekend and the property, overcharged my card. The cleaning staff entered the room, cleaned the room and didn’t make up one of the beds kind of weird. When I said something about the water, the front desk member said you should’ve called we would’ve fixed it, how would you fix it the hotel was packed all weekend. I don’t think they prepared well for all the events of the weekend they are next door to the conversation center, as I was telling him he was very nonchalant and dismissive.

I used Expedia to book this room for a short weekend getaway during spring break. $520 for 2 nights. Fridge was not cold and we lost food that we brought. The sink was broken; the water would not drain unless you used your hand to pull the stopper up; gross. The water was hot (this was something I was nervous about based on multiple other reports), but the pressure was weak. Breakfast is NOT complimentary, although they try to make it seem as though it is; buffet style and $20/person. Tried to charge it to our room after we paid cash. The room we stayed in had 2 very small "double" beds and was very dated. The remote control was absolutely disgusting; thank goodness I brought clorox wipes. Very noisy with overhead jets and nearby construction. My daughter and her friend took a brief dip in the pool and reported the water looked yellow and had stuff floating on the top, as if it wasn't being cleaned. Parking was good. Check-in was smooth. 5 minutes from boardwalk. I've stayed in multiple Double Trees over the years; this one by far was my least favorite. Would only stay again if I had to. Rated appropriately at 3 stars.

Customer service was not good. We have Never been treated terrible being a Hilton Honors. Front desk was rude. Pool was out of service all day on a Saturday the main reason we selected this hotel was for the indoor pool.

I had my booking for 2 days and reached the hotel at 10 PM after an 8-hour drive through the snow storm. Went straight to bed and it was very cold in the night, the bathroom flush was running the whole night. In the morning realized that the heater was not at all working it was showing 61, I had a terrible night and woke up with a heavy head. Went to the lobby to report and the first thing they say is " Let me know the room number. I will send someone to fix it when available." Never again there...

My stay was just average
Stayed in room 533. Water pressure was not good. Shower water was warm but not hot. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. Sink area was pretty small-lots of wasted space. There was a bracket from something lying on the bathroom floor. The person at the desk was nice and welcoming. There was only a water fountain, not a water bottle filler. Not very eco-friendly.

Great customer service
Room had one outlet with loose wiring. Bathtub slippery, recommend adding rubber bathmat or something to make it slip recent. Front desk clerk, Eric was made aware of issues. He was great at checkin and check out. Thank you for an overall great night stay.

Good overall but needs a few improvements
The first morning it took around 15 minutes for the water to get warm enough to shower. Throughout our stay, the toilet would randomly bubble and water would gurgle up and out of it when people in other rooms flushed their toilets. Other than that, the stay was great. They even cleaned the room the second morning and gave us more coffee without us having to ask like we do at most hotels.

Nice room. Shower had low pressure and the pan was low to the floor Water got all over floor when showering. Restaurant room service slow and disappointing breakfast. First two menu items I picked were discontinued. All in all not a bad place for the price. Comfy bed and clean facilities make up for any of the small issues.

Loved it!
Check in was the quickest I've ever had. Room was clean and it was comfortable. Plus they give you warm cookies. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff pleasant. My complaint is with the restaurant. The offered a breakfast buffet for $15 per person. It was a joke. I’ve had better breakfasts that were free. At first there was very little food out even thought the buffet was supposed to last for another hour. When they finally brought scrambled eggs they were watery. The grits were a solid lump and cold as was the oatmeal. The hash browns had obviously been heated in a microwave. The only fruit was a small bowl of melon. The only yogurt was an open bowl placed on some ice. The tea and coffee area was a small nook with only a few plain Lipton tea bags and some fruit teas. I saw many people struggling to find things. The hotel said you could order breakfast as well but no one ever offered us that option. It was certainly not what we would have expected for a breakfast buffet at a Hilton.

Loved the front desk staff and the cookies. Mr. Charles at the front desk was very helpful. The ice machine on the third floor wasn’t working so had to go a story up and get ice off the fourth floor.
