Hotel was great. When I saw 48% on web I was concerned since I had my 12 yr old daughter with me. Everything was nice & would recommend hotel

This hotel is convenient to The Farm Bureau Live venue and that's really all that’s good about it. The staff is very nice though. The place is old and in a poor neighborhood. Good place to sleep after the show.

The hotel it has excellent location but the maintenance is very poor and it needs to be clean and to be paint. The rate $$ is okey

Not worth the price

I know the cost was high cause the holiday but wasn't worth it. Surrounding neighborhood was rough but easily accessible to main roads. Hotel door looked like it had been rammed in by police to evict the last resident and meth lab. Don't recommend with small kids. Not bad if your just there to party it up.

Try after the Renovation is finished

They are in the process of updating the property. Door lock broke. AC so so at best. Carpet so dirty had to wear shower shoes.

Pros: location as it was close to the beach (by car)
Cons: Lower prices during renovation period
Location: Beach
Internet did not work at all and breakfast was scarce due to renovation. Price was too high under these circumstances
