“Better off at different hotel”
Although we arrived early, I asked the front desk person to call my cell phone if the room was ready before check in time, which was 3:00pm. We never received a call, so we went to check in at 3:30pm and were told neither of the two rooms were ready yet. They ended up giving us a different room so we could freshen up and store our bags while we picked up an additional family member at the airport, however we did not fully check in to both rooms until after dinner (around 7pm). Although the receptionist was embarassed, the fact that the cleaning staff was so far behind left a bad impression on us. There is no shampoo in the rooms either, but you can buy a very small sachet pack in the vending machine for $2.00. We will not be going there again.
“Good place if you don't need a lot.”
This is a no-frills type of hotel with no room service unless you pay, if you stay less than six days but you can exchange towles if you need to. Also you must empty your trash but there are areas on each floor for that. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, had to go buy the wife one. If you need shampoo, lotion or other items they are available in a vending machine in the lobby. There is only one ice machine on the first floor. However the room does have a nice kitchenette, average space, and was less than the other hotels. That was my first time staying at an Extended Stay so we were unaware of the no-frills.
“Verify non smoking room”
the hotel was fine. room was clean. we needed a kitchen for our stay and this room functioned well. my only complaint is that we requested non smoking on expedia and when we arrived they said smoking was the only room available.
“Would stay there again”
The only problem I had while there was the internet connection went down and we were not able to use it.
“Not up to standard”
After staying in other Hotels in this chain, this was a major disappointment. Room was small, decor was old, although the carpet was OK. Hallway and elevator floors were dirty and needed vacuuming. Severely overpriced!!! I would not recommend this hotel to others and won't be back.
