Beautiful room and very clean.
It was nice to be close to the University.
Issue #1 the rooms are labeled at being sound proof. The issue is the doors are cut too high. People coming in and out woke us up at all hours. We had to stick a towel under the door and turn the fan on in the bathroom to cover the sound of people in the hallway. That was annoying.
#2 we accidentally left a pillow of ours on the bed. We called the staff to alert them as someone we knew could run and pick it up for us. She said the room had not been cleaned and to call back. I called back. I was told to go to a website and file a missing item report, which I did. They never found my pillow which is obsurd. It was a king size pillow in a different pillowcase. It was left there. The customer service wasnt great. It should have been easy for them to grab it and for my family member to pop in a collect it.

Beautiful place, adjacent to Regent University, where we were visiting our grandson. Comfortable room, beautiful garden and walking paths.
Our only complaint is the restaurant had a limited menu on Saturday, but it wasn’t posted as such. We were seated before being told. We had heard great things about the food there, and were disappointed we didn’t get to try it.

My overall is only 4 stars, because their site listed they have EV car charging stations. They only had Tesla and I wasn't able to charge my car. They should be more specific in those details when posting.

The Founders Inn was wonderful. I wish the Spa had not booked during my stay. The servers/bartenders were all awesome and deserve a raise! We will be back next year!

The property is absolutely beautiful!!! I can't say that enough. Since learned during holidays some perks are closed when staff is short. Example; spa, bar....looking forward to those items. However, absolutely beatiful property and will go back!

Love this hotel. The staff is very professional and offers great service. The hotel goes above and beyond to decorate, you could spend a good amount of time just walking the lobby and outdoor grounds and enjoying the look and feel of a classy hotel.

This is listed as an elegant retreat. The grounds ar wonderful. The breakfast buffet is superb regarding staff and quality of the food. However, the 2 different ladies at the front desk were totally uninterested in greeting or even attempt to speak to guests. The room was definitely not clean- rug with deep large stains, several walls with stains and the wash room not tidy- the shower was a mere dribble and the ceiling dripped from the room above. These things were not what the Hilton brand stands for.

I liked the fact that the hotel is on the University grounds making it very easy and convenient. The lighted garden and fountain in pond was very beautiful and unique. I was very happy with my room with one queen sized bed, but even though it appeared very clean, there was a urine odor in the shower area and I’m thinking since this is a pet friendly hotel, maybe a guest kept their dog on the shower(?). Other than this, I was very happy with the hotel and stay

Love the old look to the property but yet modern and renovated. The spa was wonderful, a fantastic experience. Rooms were cozy and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay. Oh and the dog park was extremely large, 2 of them to accommodate a lot of furbabies.

The room is dirty (there are crumbs all over the floor, there’s not even Kleenex in the bathroom) and the room reeks of marijuana as if someone has been vaping in here.
Staff said the didn’t think they could yet maid service up tonight, and said we could go back and forth between reception and our room if we needed to change rooms (aware of the fact there’s a tropical storm outside & we we’re staying in the furthest building).

Our room had no hooks to hang wet towels or other items. We ended up using the doorknobs as hooks.
Aww otherwise, it is a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent front desk staff, room was comfortable and the extra sink outside the bathroom made sharing the room between 4 people more convenient. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Staff was super friendly all around.

Never stay at a hotel when you can stay at the Inn
Everything about this property is amazing!
It is beautiful inside and out!
The staff was extremely nice and pleasant.
The pool was nice for both the kids and adults.
Kid-friendly.
Awesome fitness center. My only suggestion is for the temperature to be at a lower temperature.
Located near so many stores. You wouldn't need to drive.
Located 18 miles from the oceanfront. One morning I biked to the beach and back to the Inn. It was a safe route to bike.
Our next trip to the beach we will be staying here again!

The Hotel Outer property is beautiful. The pool is nice .. has a slide kids love. The interior of the Hotel is old. The rooms are small , the sofa chairs are old and Make you wonder if they have ever been stream cleaned. We had a switch of rooms , the first had not been vacuumed or the floors / cleaned / mopped. The mirrors had finger prints .. the second room was clean. The sheets are very , very itchy and the bed was hard . No bed bugs though and front desk staff was delightful. I would not personally stay here again though .
