“Very Impressed”

As always, our room was very clean. The hotel itself was up to date and clean. Breakfast was excellent each of the four days. I left my laptop charger and housekeeping was right on top of it in getting it back to me.

“Virginia Beach”

Very beautiful, quiet and decent priced hotel. A little far from the beach but we enjoyed the pool when we came from the beach.

“Nice but some of the advertising was false!”

Overall it was a good stay but the quote of "premium bedding" was NOT premium! I know most of you can probably relate to this sometime or another but did you ever have fitted sheets that will NOT stay on the corners of your mattress! Well, that's what we experiened at this Hampton Inn. The "cover" was simply a white lumpy cover and it did not stay on the bed. The breakfast was decent but the availability was not there and they were not "on top" of replacing things quickly when they were gone. You had to constantly ASK for things from the gal that was taking care of this.

Outdoors or beach

If you don't want the hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach and cotinually paying for parking, I would recommend driving just south of Va Beach to Sandbridge Beach! It's like being in Nags Head! The side streets provide parking for free!!

“A Comfortable Place to Stay”

I loved the Hamilton Inn-- the place was spotless and very accommodating. The breakfast from 6 to 10 am was a huge plus. I look forward to staying at other Hamilton Inns for future vacations!

“Better than expected”

After reading much on tripadvisor I wasn't quite sure what we would encounter. We were pleased with the room cleanliness, size, bathroom and variety for breakfast. We didn't investigate the neighborhood much but thought it to be safe. We found it a little difficult to navigate to find the motel. It was a straight shot to the beach. The staff was helpful in directing us to restaurants.

“Very nice hotel but kind of far from the beach”

This is a very nice hotel at a good price. I enjoyed everything. Everything was very good. Even the breakfast was a nice surprise. Very good rooms. However, we mistook the name of the hotel that is called exactly the same as one by the beach (this is 12 miles away). When we arrived we discovered that the hotel was not the one we expected. However, once in the hotel everything was fine. Good service. neat rooms, delicious breakfast.

Area recommendations

I would recommend the part of Pembroke Mall and Virginia Beach Town Center. I love this part, is very nice, with good restaurants and bars.
